Sign up was ok, simple. A bit tricky trying to navigate the site and find everything to activate the code. Got there in the end. Support staff were a little offish and gave off the vibe of not wanting to communicate and were giving bare minimum help. There's a pop up that covers the entire page everytime a new page loads which is annoying. There's no section to show what games are available and not available to play with bonus funds so had to load a few games before finding one that would use bonus funds. Most likely won't play here

A lot of bonuses are sent to the Buoy after the deposit wagering. And it doesn't matter how much to spend on bets or deposit. These are both free spins and money. And I liked the second one more. Money can be used in different slots, and I open only those that I know well. This way there are more chances to win. At least my slots haven't let me down in the buoy yet. I signed up verified my email address and my mobile added all my personal information on my profile added this bonus sign up code and wasn’t able to play that slot game in Australia when I contacted support they said there’s no other slot game they can offer me but if I wanted I can deposit and play all slots not playing here at all

Couldnt even get the bonus as i was unable to verify my phone number because of the server error on their part. The support tried to helped but at the end we were unable to resolve the issue , they would refuse to add bonus manually
