Had to adjust my rating on these guys. Initially I was quite happy with the welcome bonus, good layout and large selection of games. The issues for me began once I won around 1500usd. It took a month of constantly emailing without getting a reply, and eventually escalating to management to get my KYC approved. It wasn't until I filed a complaint on LCB (good job guys!) before they finally responded and approved me. However once I did they dodged me about approving my withdrawal request, eventually saying they needed to pay my winnings out in 3 500$ payments. The first one came right away, but the next two took a week each and required me emailing numerous times. Once I finally got paid all faith and trust in the casino had been lost. I've popped in a couple times since then, but can't bring myself to stick around after the failure in customer service and confusing (if not shady) way in which my payout was handled.

I'm sure the irony is lost on the management and personnel at Ampm, because I have communicated with them enough to know that they dont give a rat's ass. Embarrassing spelling mistakes on the website and suspicious bonuses don't add much credibility to this website. Especially weird the the fact that after bonus spins are done, the game cannot seamlessly continue and will always crash and has to be restarted. Apparently it's because "the bonus balance and real balance need to be merged" or something. Funny how not one other site has this "issue" and I have never come across it anywhere else. I find the casino actually quite good the bonus offers are unbeatable and there are many providers that you can play. However, for me there are only 3 deposit methods and 2 withdrawal methods that's not much and I've been waiting for months that there are more methods but unfortunately nothing changes.
