WIZARDS CASTLE

About Wizard’s Castle

Sometimes simple little slots have a large following. That isn’t really the case with Wizard’s Castle, which has failed to inspire any considerable number of players since its debut in 2016. Even so, this BetSoft Gaming developed slot does have charm, and it just might win you over. The theme in this game should require no further explanation, though the payline structure might. There are just 9 paylines spanning the 5 reels of this slot, and yet wagers range from 0.02 per line per spin, up to 150.00 a spin. It isn’t the cheapest slot out there, but it is hardly a bank buster, especially when one considers that there is a non-progressive prize worth 2,000x your bet up for grabs.

Special Features

Like most online slots, there are wild symbols which can spice up the gameplay in this magic-themed release. These appear as spell books (complete with stars) can replace all other symbols save for bonus and scatter icons.

Scatter icons are a touch more traditional in this game. While not triggering bonus rounds, they can still deliver scattered cash prizes wherever they happen to land on the reels. Scatter icons can dish out wins worth 5x, 50x or 500x your bet if 3, 4 or 5 appear on the reels at the same time.

A singular bonus feature is available for players to get to grips with, in the Wizard’s Castle slot. To trigger that round, players are going to need to land the four element symbols which appear in the game on the reels. Moreover, they must appear on any active payline. Those symbols (if you aren’t familiar with the elements) are earth, water, wind (shown as air in this slot) and fire.

Bonus Feature

Once players have managed to trigger this round, they will get to select from a series of scrolls.  The scroll selected by the player will determine the instant win prize they can pocket. After the prize has been paid out, the base game resumes. As you can quite clearly tell, then, there is no free spin bonus round worked into this immensely simple video slot.

There isn’t too much to busy yourself with in Wizard’s Castle, which might explain why the slot hasn’t caused any earthquakes. Even so, the gameplay that is available should be ideal for newbies, or lovers of retro-style online slot games.
