SILENT SCREEN

About Silent Screen

Silent Screen is certainly one of the freshest video slots to be released by Cryptologic. The slot is of course based on the movies of old – in fact, the first kind of movies ever made – the silent screen movies. Silent Screen is classical in nature, and contains four progressive jackpots which you can win. The video slot is played over 5 reels, and there are a total of 25 paylines for you to win on. Players can expect to choose coin denominations which go upwards from 0.01 to 20.00, whilst only one coin per line can be bet. Given that the paylines are all adjustable, players are looking at a slot that has a wagering range of 0.01 per line, per spin, up to 500.00 per spin.

Special Features

The curled haired actress is Silent Screen’s wild symbol. When the actress icon appears, it can replace all other symbols in the game, barring the scatted camera icon. Wilds can also see players land non-progressive wins of 10, 200, 2,000 or 5,000 coins, when 2, 3, 4 or 5 appear on any active payline.

Scatters are cameras (as we have said). A free game feature can be activated, if a player lands 3 or more scattered camera icons in any positions upon the reels. They will also land 1x, 5x, 20x or 200x their total bet, for landing 2, 3, 4 or 5 scatter icons during play.

The progressive jackpots are known as Movie Mayhem Jackpots, and each is awarded entirely at random. The size of your wager will ultimately determine your chances of landing a jackpot. Select up to six items to land movie tickets, and movie tickets correspond to progressive jackpot wins.

Bonus Feature

Firstly, you cannot land any progressive jackpots during the free spins bonus. But, you can still land big wins in the feature. After the free spins feature has been activated, the player will be rewarded with 15 free games. All prizes that they acquire during this free games feature will be tripled, and the feature can also be retriggered once it is in session. This makes for a really simple free games feature, but one that has been proven to be fairly decent when it comes to handing out respectable wins. Unless you win a progressive jackpot in the base game, this feature is your best chance of landing life changing sums of cash.
