OPERA NIGHT

About Opera Night

Opera Night is a Rival Gaming developed slot machine game, and it is actually one of the few slots on the new with a proper opera theme. All your favourite opera characters are there, from masked men, to damsels, and large women clad in Viking garb. Opera Night is certainly witty and cartoony, so die-hard opera fans shouldn’t take it too seriously. Opera Night is played over 5 reels and 20 paylines, with players able to have total control over their bets. Paylines can be adjusted, coin values ranging from 0.01 up to 0.25 can be selected, and players can stake anything from 1 to 10 coins per line. At its cheapest, this slot contains a floor bet of just 0.01 per line per spin. At its costliest, it will set you back just 50.00 a pop with its capped ceiling bet. Opera Night also pays out dividends with its non-progressive jackpot. That is worth 5,000 coins in total.

Special Features

Wild symbols are responsible for that non-progressive jackpot, and if you can land 5 of them on a payline, you will win it. Wilds can substitute for all other symbols save for scatters and jackpot icons. Wilds can also quadruple the value of any winning combinations in which they appear, courtesy of a 4x multiplier.

As is often the case in Rival Gaming developed slots, there is a jackpot icon here. As usual, the jackpot icon is worth far less than the wild symbols, at 750 coins. It makes you wonder why they have included it in the first place.

Scatter icons appear as orchestrators, and these symbols can offer a free spins bonus round if 3 or more appear on the reels during the base game.

Bonus Feature

Players will start Opera Night’s free spins bonus feature with 8, 16 or 64 free spins, depending on whether they land 3, 4 or 5 scatter symbols. During the free spins feature, Drop Icons can appear. These take the shape of a masked man, and any winning symbols will be removed and replace by new ones when these symbols trigger a Drop-Down feature.

Also during the bonus, wild symbols can boost your winnings with 8x multiplier, and a Viking lady bonus icon can trigger a secondary bonus feature, as well as dish out scattered wins worth 1x, 2x, or 25x your total bet for 3, 4 or 5 symbols. That secondary bonus round consists of a free games feature.
