GOLD TROPHY

About Gold Trophy

Gold Trophy is a golfing themed video slot, and one which has been created by Play ‘n Go. The game features comic-book style graphics, as well as a very primitive lay-out, clearing marking it as one of the older Play ‘n Go slots. Gold Trophy is played over a total of 5 reels, with players able to bet on 9 paylines in all. They can adjust those lines, as well as the number of coins they wish to stake per line. Coin sizes can fluctuate between 0.01 and 0.10, giving the Gold Trophy slot positively low minimum and maximum wagers of 0.01 per line, per spin, and 4.50 per spin, respectively. For those bets, you can win as much as 2,500 coins via this game’s non-progressive jackpot.

Special Features

The titular golden trophy is the wild icon in this video slot. Wilds can double the value of all winning combinations in which they appear. They can also substitute for all other symbols, save for scatter icons. If a player land 5 such wilds on a payline, then they will walk away with a non-progressive jackpot worth 2,500 coins.

A gamble feature has also been included in this slot. Players can click on the gamble feature after any win. The gamble feature is a side-bet game which can see you double or quadruple your winnings. Of course, you will have to be bang on the money to win. If you fail, you will lose your winnings in this simplistic card-based gamble game.

Scatter icons take the shape of a first place cheque. Players can pocket scattered wins worth 2x, 3x, 25x, or 250x their total bet for finding 2, 3, 4 or 5 such symbols anywhere on the reels. These are fair scattered wins for a simple video slot like this.

Bonus Feature

As well as scattered wins, players can also trigger a free spins bonus game when they find 3, 4 or 5 scatters on the reels. Players will pocket between 10 and 25 free games, based on how many scatters they have found. In this bonus game, all winnings will be tripled. The free spins bonus is capable of being retriggered. All a player has to do is land 3 or more scatter icons on the reels whilst the free spins bonus is in session. This will activate an additional set of free spins, depending on how many you landed.
