DRAGON SWORD

About Dragon Sword

NYX Interactive’s Dragon Sword is one of their oldest slot machines. This game certainly looks dated in this day and age, but it can still be found at all good casinos which offer a surplus of NYX titles. The game’s graphics are primitive (they were once cutting edge if you can believe that) and the game contains a fantasy theme, based around the slaying of a big red dragon, as the title suggests. There are 25 paylines spread over the slot’s 5 reels, and players can alter those as they see fit. They also have total control over how their wagers are made, with bet sizes ranging from 0.01 up to 20.00 per line. As you can imagine, this creates an enormous wagering range for a slot as old as this, with floor bets costing as little as 0.01 per line per spin, and ceiling bets being capped at a hefty 500.00 per spin. Maximum wagers are capped at 6,000 coins in all, with the RTP rate fixed at 95.5% in total.

Special Features

Almost Arthurian in its theme, the Dragon Sword contains a knight in shining armour as its wild symbol. Wild symbols can replace any others in the game, save for the scatter icon.

Scatters appear as swords, and these can help players pocket scattered win cash prizes, as well as trigger the slot’s bonus round, which happens to be a click and win feature. In this bonus, players can select from 1 of 5 treasure chests to pocket instant win cash prizes. Ideally, you’ll be looking for the golden sword, since it can triple any money win in the feature.

Yes, if you haven’t figured it out yet, the features which appear in this game are minimal. What are you expecting with a slot as old and dated as this one, though?

Bonus Feature

A free spins bonus round has been included in the slot, and that is not triggered via scatters but by wild symbols. Land wilds on the first and fifth reels and you will get to trigger the bonus. This offers 15 free games, during which all of your winnings will be doubled. You can retrigger the feature by landing wilds on the reels, and you can also activate the Dragon Sword bonus (the click and win feature we’ve just mentioned) in this bonus round, too.
