About Dad’s Day
Amaya Gaming now offer the Dad’s Day video slot, which was originally designed and developed by Cryptologic. Day’s Day is played over the usual 5 reels you would expect to find in any video slot, and the theme is loosely based on being a father in the 1960s. It’s not exactly a cracking themed, but there will certainly be some players who’ll get their kicks out of this theme. Dad’s Day contains a decent number of paylines - with 30 in total gracing the reels. The slot also carries a non-progressive jackpot worth 6,000 coins in all. You can choose coin values which range from 0.01 up to 20.00 in total in Dad’s Day, and that will see your total bet rise upwards from a low 0.30 per spin (since you cannot adjust the paylines), up to a hefty 600.00 per spin. On the plus side, you can walk away with a reasonable jackpot, like we’ve said.
Special Features
The dad himself appears as a substitute symbol in this slot. The wild icon can replace all other symbols in the game, with the exception of the scattered baby icon. The dad wild can only appear on the second, third, and fourth reels, though. It also has no winnings to offer you on its own.
Keep an eye out for the baby. This crying, screaming little toe rag is the scatter icon. When players lands 2, 3, 4 or 5 such symbols on the reels, they will acquire scattered wins which are worth 2x, 5x, 20x, or 100x their total stake. A special bonus feature is also activated with 3 or more scatter icons on the reels.
Bonus Feature
In the baby feature, players will get to roll the dice on the screen a total of three times. Every time the dice are rolled, the baby will walk around a Monopoly style board, which the moves based on the numbers appearing on the dice. Players will win cash prizes and/or free spins during this section of the game. After the three dice turns are over, and the baby has stopped moving around the board; if the player has won any free spins they will then be played out. All winnings in the free spins bonus are offered 3x multipliers. This feature cannot be re-triggered.
