ARCTIC ACE

About Arctic Ace

Arctic Ace is an online video slot from the stable of iSoftBet. We see a great many similar games coming from this online design team, and know that any gamble you take on this slot, will means that you are in safe hands. It is a five reel, five pay-line game that is not linked to a progressive jackpot prize.

Players may try it out for free first before progressing to real money play, and when they do, there is a coin bet range of from 0.02 up to 2.00 with a maximum wager of five coins per line. This makes the maximum possible bet 50.00. Not too steep for some players, but with such a wide betting range, virtually any player can enjoy the game at the level of risk they find most comfortable. The top prize is 5000 coins, while the next best is 2500.

Special Features

Prepare yourself for an icy adventure in a land of ice and snow. This Arctic themed video slot features icons in theme, where penguins frolic on snowboards (this icon is animated), and ice castles, a polar bear sunning himself on an ice-flow, Eskimo, and snow globes pick up the most lucrative prizes. Balance of icons ismade up of different fruit, so we find a pub-fruitie, video slot parallel theme.

There is a few types of scatter icon which appears to be randomly generated - a whole bunch of fruit on one symbol, and an Eskimo on another. Land these on active pay-lines to win one, two, five, ten and twenty-five times multipliers. Fruits include apples, cherries (of course), strawberries, and oranges, with the biggest winning icon (apart from the bonus game) being the snow globe. When these symbols drop onto an active pay line – five will win 5000 coins. There does not seem to be any specific wild icon.

Bonus Feature

In the bonus feature of Arctic Ice, the player is invited to click on characters – a fish, Eskimo, Polar Bear, Penguin, Snowman and white rabbit (?). This click to pick feature is triggered by the ice castle to open the bonus round. For us – clicking on the fish, Eskimo, and polar bear revealed two x two multipliers which won us 22 coins. The white rabbit won us a ten x multiplier, but the option is available to win up to a 100 x multiplier.
