ANGKOR

About Angkor

Amuzi Gaming is the developer behind the Angkor slot, which is loosely themed on Asian culture and history, revolving around the Cambodian temple town of Angkor Wat. This is an Amuzi slot that has five reels and a 243 ways to win payline structure in place for you to play on. Much of the imagery that springs up on the reels of this release is loosely related to its theme, with King Suryavarman II, lotus plants, temples, and various deities examples of those symbols. Having a crack at the slot will set you back up to 6.25 per spin, and that is hardly bank-busting stuff from Amuzi Gaming. The game has moderate volatility levels and can provide wins worth up to 15,000 coins in all.

Special Features

As you would expect, there are wild symbols here that can substitute for all barring scatters. There is nothing overly remarkable about these symbols save for that. However, scatters are arguably more important in this release, as they can trigger a free spin bonus round. Landing three, four or five Angkor scatters will unlock ten, fifteen or twenty free spins.

Regrettably, there are no other features in the game - at least, no other special features. You will find the customary array of auto-spin options, and you can access a paytable, turn the sound on or off, and all the usual trimmings. However, other features are few and far between. On the upside, the free spin bonus does feature an additional mode (multipliers) to spice things up.

Bonus Feature

Once the Angkor free spin bonus has been activated, you can expect to play with between ten and twenty spins, depending on how many Angkor scatters you acquired. During the feature, wild symbols can deliver multipliers that are worth between 3x and 12x the rate of pay. Of course, there is no guarantee that you are going to win but having the opportunity to magnify your winnings is not going to be sniffed at in the Angkor slot.

Ultimately, Angkor may be a decent effort for Amuzi Gaming, but players will certainly notice that the game feels a little flat. However, that may not be an issue since you are going to have a hard time finding it at many online casinos in the first place. There are other Angkor Wat and Cambodia-themed slots out there if you wish to browse around for an alternative.
