About 5 Knights Slot

NextGen is the developer of the 5 Knights Video slot, and it does not really take much guessing to know what the theme of this game happens to be. So, if all things Knightly, Medieval Castles and damsels in distress are the name of the game you like to play, then this slot might be perfect for you to play. It is a five-reel, twenty-five pay-line game with a top in-game jackpot prize of 500 coins, but we are hopeful that it also offers other chances to win extra cash.

Special Features

Probably the most special feature of 5 Knights is the Slide a Wild enhancer. This can be positioned at the top of the reels which offers the player stacked wilds, as well as multipliers. For example when the Slide a Wild is on the fifth reel, it offers 5 x multipliers on winning combinations. If it is in position on reel one, then the multiplier is only 2 x wager on an active pay-line.

Icons include the archetypal Knight in shining armour, only this one is wearing chain mail. There is a damsel featured too, but it is hard to know whether or not she is in distress. Medieval armour – a sword, axe, and metal glove make up the other three symbols, while the balance are playing card indices from nine, through Ace.

There is a shield which plays the Wild symbol, and substitutes for all other icons barring the scatter. The Scatter icon is a Medieval Castle where any scatter wins are multiplied in ever increasing increments. Land three scatters in a winning combination to land three free spins. But land five of these symbols on an active line, and grab a rather nifty 100 free spins.There is also a gamble feature attached to the main slot game.

Betting takes place across twenty five lines or as few as the player wishes to activate one at a time. A low starting wager of only 0.01, makes the top smallest wager, only 25p. However, for the big spender, they can increase bets size in trances up to a max of 2.00, making the maximum wager 50.00. Not sure if the top prize in this slot warrants this wager, but it is up to the individual player to decide.

Bonus Feature

The bonus game is activated when the Scatter castle triggers this round. Apart from the normal free spins one can get when landing the castle on the lines, when this bonus feature is activated, not only are free spins awarded, but all prizes are doubled by stacked wild multipliers. This feature can be re-triggered.
