100K DROP

About The £100K Drop

Red Tiger Gaming’s The £100K Drop is a slot machine which is based on the popular UK TV game show of the same name, hosted by Davina McCall. Played over 5 reels and 20 paylines, the slot offers a very generous cash prize, although it is notoriously difficult to win. As for the prizes in the base game, they can be worth anything from 2.5x your bet up to 25x your stake. Stakes themselves range from a floor of 0.20 per spin up to no more than 500.00 a game. The beauty of this release is not the base game at all, but the bonus round. This works in much the same fashion as the television series, with players able to place their winnings on trap doors, hoping that the doors will stay shut and their money advances to the next round.

Special Features

Even though the real action is to be had in the bonus round, there are still a few other goodies to beef up the base game. There is, for instance, a wild symbol in the shape of Davina McCall. This wild symbol can appear on all the reels of the slot, and dish out prizes worth up to 25x your bet, as well as substitute for all other standard paying symbols in the game.

Landing 3 of the slot’s bonus icons will trigger the slot’s primary feature. As mentioned, it is based on the same type of gameplay found in the television series. There are no free spins or instant cash prizes to be won here. Whatever you win (and it can be a massive sum of cash) is purely down to luck, and where you place your fortune.

Bonus Feature

Once the original and inventive bonus round begins, players will be met with four trap doors. They can split their cash prize (2,000x their stake) on three of the doors. All but one of the trap doors will then open. If any of the cash survives the drop, it will go on the second round. This time, players must put their cash on two of the three trap doors. Again, if any survives, it will go to the final round. Provided they make it to the final round, players will have a 50-50 chance of winning whatever remains of their prize fund or exit the bonus with nothing.
