So I've never deposited with woo casino but likely completed registration paperwork and signed up before having a thorough read of t&c and realised no possibility of cashout if no deposit made (stupid me for not doing so). However looking at my bank statement it shows 3 deposits to woo casino which i have not made! So obviously contacted my bank to get them chasing up more details bug how often does shit like this happen to others? Granted they weren't huge deposits, but my statement shows 2x deposits on 13.3 and one on 15.3??!! So I would like assistance please fellow lcb gamers, please provide any helpful suggestions for what to do and perhaps someone can tell me which other casinos woo are affiliated with? This casino cant be for real? Almost every single slot is restricted from bonus play. Their restricted list is pages long and its not alphabetical order. This is the worst layout casino I have ever seen in my 12 years of gaming.

I change my rated from 1,5 to 0,1 after support explain why they dont answer my email. Because i write from my own language Finnish!!! They send me many email by my own language but if i answer same language, they "dont understand" and thats no react at all. Then i try also by english but no answer either. Avoid this unprofessional casino. Few deposits, withdraw once but then just lost deposit after deposit. Most annoying is to use casino on android tablet. I am mixed about this casino because there are 2 versions, the casino itself, the games and results vs the financial department. What i mean is they got lots of games, i get great results on them and it's very fun to play there but everytime i try to cash out it,s a nightmare. First time i had to verify multiple times to finally get paid. Then later i win again after many many deposits and it went for 2 days of KYC again on and on to finally get paid. So yeah casino games and all is great but i can't tell if next cashout will require 2 more days of verification :(. UPDATE: So i kept going and depositing and had some more withdrawals and now everything is perfect, no hassle, cashouts are paid faster than i receive email confirming the request hehe. If it continues like that, i got a new favorite casino, who knew!
