Games at MaChance Casino
As mentioned, many of the smaller-scale casino software providers have decided to get involved in this Curacao licensed casino site. As a result of this, you can expect to find games from BetSoft Gaming, Playson, Play ‘n Go, Pragmatic Play, Spinomenal, Vivo Gaming, Tom Horn Gaming, Booming Games, Lucky Streak, and Rival Gaming.
The types of games you can expect to find at this online casino include top and latest games, jackpots, slot machines, table games, live casino games and others. Table games include around 45 titles, and vary from Caribbean poker to American roulette, keno, baccarat and beyond.
Of course, slot machines make up the main bulk of the games you can find at the casino, and some of the most popular titles include Vegas Wins, Sin City Nights, Viking Runecraft, Viking Gods: Thor & Loki, Rich Wilde and the Book of Dead, Booming Seven Deluxe, Legend of Cleopatra and Good Girl Bad Girl, to name but a few.

I received a bonus, but I'm not happy about it.It's okay, I've changed my mind and won't send the documents anymore. I initially intended to deposit. The 15 free spins bonus that disappeared could have been added to the first deposit bonus, but you removed it, reducing the entitlement I should have received. I'm a little disappointed.Hello Aphisit,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
I can see that you didn’t receive the 10 free chips for verifying your account, and I sincerely apologize for that. I’ve now added them to your account.
If there’s anything else you need, feel free to let us know, we’re here to help!
Best regards,
Sophia, MaChance

Not a fan of this casino. Customer support is terrible. Bonuses are one of the worst in the industry.

I tried to register in this casino, but for some reason the message about the verification does not come to my mail, I contacted support- nothing answered, it was very sorry that I had done so with me
I got the freespins. I didn't make much. It was short-lived. But it's a fun casino. There are beautiful and varied games. The site is easy to use fluid. But luck wasn't on my side.

Have won from free spins 6€ and almost wagered them when i check the wager bar it was on 0%, so i though It’s on of this casinos when you need to make deposit to start wagering which don't have sense, why would you freeze your money for some 2-5€ bonus. At least they have interesting games.

I requested and received the registration bonus, 15 free spins. Although they changed the game which was highlighted in the terms and conditions of the offer. After a short verification of the email and phone, the free spins started automatically without having to request a chat. Unfortunately my win was 0.21 euros, so I didn't have much chance of winning anything. In 3 minutes it's all over !! However my judgment is good. There are about twenty of the best known providers. And a great thing is that they have so many deposit platforms which is always very useful. The only negative thing for me is the minimum deposit of 20.00 euros. Impossible for my budget .......

@ Polato - the Casino Representative has checked your account and the reason you haven't received 15 free spins was due to the fact that you registered at the casino through another affiliate (the 15 free spins bonus is exclusive for players who registered through LCB). However, they've decided to credit your account with 15 free spins, so this bonus is in your account now. Good luck and enjoy!

@Polato - could you please send me your casino username in PM inbox and we'll contact the Casino Representative regarding the 15 free spins bonus.

Bonuses must be claimed before making a deposit.
Please first go to 'My account' > 'Status' > 'Available bonuses' and claim your bonus.
not bonus without deposit

I really like this casino. I'm not a big time player so I don't have a problem with the minimums. I like the bonuses on every deposit and overall they have a good selection of games!

I've been a member of MaChance casino for a couple months now and it is a decent casino, not really great but it is not bad either. They have great welcome offer for new players . I made one deposit but did not get lucky so I do not know if they pay quickly. KYC process was average, it took them 2 days to verify my documents. They also have good amount of games from various top notch software providers.

Huge scam! Be carefully and do not deposit any money at MaChance. They try to reply here in a manner to show some serious behaviour, but you will never receive your money.
this is a scam casino that doesn't pay your winning, don't ever make any deposits here, that would be my suggestion.

Like always, not even worth to try, but freechip wager is too big. I expected more RTP, but well...even if I met wagering requirements I probably don't deposit at this site. It looks scammy at the moment :) Good luck with those spins!

You cannot blame an affiliate for this, as the sender was clearly "MaChance" - I still have the sms saved for further prove.
Besides this I mentioned my case more than 3 times via email to your support and I never received any reply.
You cannot fool the customers like this and I recommend every person not to deposit!

I signed up at this casino because of their free spins offer upon sign up and my first impression was not good at all, they do have great games but I had the feeling that the games weren't legit but it could be just my bad luck. I've played at this casino about 10 minutes with the winning from the free spins they gave me and I did not have a good feeling about this one so I didn't bother to make a single deposit.

Another joke of casino, their live support agent haven't got a clue what free spins i was talking about and they advertise that promo on their site.
I was asked to provide screenshoot of their promo of 15 free spins and nope i didn't agree on that,i am not the one who should provide any prove of promos if they dont know about that imagine depositing there, thank you but no thank you

I like the fact they offer 15 spins no deposit when registration happens now ...
I won a lot (23 euro) and now need to wager 90x ... Thats a little tricky isnt it ;)
Hello FairJakob,
I apologize you received an SMS without you opted in.
I can assure you we are sending SMS messages only to players which agreed to receive promotional material.
my estimation is that the message you have received is coming from one of our affiliates.
I would appreciate if you could send me the message in private to : jerome@ultrapartners.com and we will stop the affiliate.
all the best

Spam sms came from MaChance to sign up, it means they use a stolen/fraudulent achieved database from a competitor.
Game play was bad, very low RTP.
Withdrawal did not get processed.
Big warning from my side.
