Another extremely average casino. It's decent when you are losing, but when you are in profits, some problem start to appear. Slower withdrawals, no bonuses and slow Customer service.

I deposited at wazamba via the PAYID method numerous times. On my last deposit I deposited 28 dollars via PayID and the money was not credited to my account. PAYID is listed an instant deposit in their site, and it had been instant previously. I told them in chat and I got the response to wait a couple of hours and then ask them again. I was then told a couple of hours later that it had been forwarded to their finance department and to check my emails regularly for an up date. It has been 4 days now and still not in my account. Every time I ask support I get the same generic “ it’s with our finance department, they are looking into it now “ response. I can’t seem to get anything else out of them and it feels like a palm off. I don’t understand what takes so long to check.

Pretty unique casino with unique bonuses. They got a good variety of games,good local deposit methods (at least for Australians) can't speak of withdrawals times but their main draw I think is their deposits bonuses and things you get when you deposit. Like for example you get coins which you can use in the shop to buy free spins and or buy mask and if u complete mask collections you get a whole bunch of coins. Coins can also buy casino cash. Wazamba Casino nis a great casino that i have played in. The games and the bonuses are impressive. Not to mention, they also accept both fiat and crypto so I really love using it for the convenience it provides me with. I think what's really impressive is their daily tournaments that they host. I always enjoy those. Still, I am hopeful that they can somehow increase their withdrawal limits. I would love it more if that happens.

Very good game selection, quick response from customer service, works technically well, clearly structured, good bonus program and fair bonus conditions. Very satisfied so far and one of my favorite casinos - unfortunately the payout doesn't match at all. Payouts are awesome. There is a withdrawal limit of 500, - / withdrawal / 24 hours and a monthly withdrawal limit of 10,000, -. Only 3 payouts can be open at a time. Processing takes place within 3 working days from Mon-Fri. (The 3 working days are not counted from the submission, but one processing after the other - in between again 3 working days (that the payments are only made one after the other is not mentioned in the terms and conditions). The limits increase with the VIP level to max. 1,500 / 20,000, - So much for the facts. According to my calculation, a monthly payout limit of 10,000, - cannot be reached with the 500, - payouts.

So about Wazamba ...... The thing is at amount of the money what you can withdraw is ridiculous is only 500 euro . When you are loosing then Your VIP level is going up But when You win and you want to withdraw the money then they decrease your level VIP to minimum . So for example i have one 29.000 euro there . They decrease my VIP level to 1 . So i was awailable to withdraw 500 daily . Pending process was going more then 2 days . try to imagine how much time takes to withdraw then 29.000 euro . Of course they are making this special to make the payment so slow at you will lose that money sonner or later . That happend in my case...... Btw as well they dont offer any limits , you can not put deposit limits sesion limits any limits at all . When i have aply for that they told me at they dont offer that kind of things. When i start to argue with them they start to write at it will be soon awailable . That was 6 mont ago and still nothing happend. For me its a nice looking casino but still they are rogue.

My previous review was a novel so thought I’d clarify how HORRIBLE the experience was. - not emailing ALL the necessary docs that’s required to verify ID for withdrawal purposes - deposit free spins need to be claimed via live support every day - extensive lists of games unavailable games when playing with bonus funds - short list of games that ARE available (even shorter if you’re from my country) - live support refused to provide my email address when asked - their email stated to use reference number in live chat & when I did, live chat staff never knows what I’m talking The list goes on & on AND it applies to all of Tranello’s group. Accidentally rated OK but in fact it shouldn't even worth my time. How's this: the deposit freespins for my 1st welcome bonus was for a 30 line game so instead of 30cents per spin, i was given 6cents per spin??? What's that equates to per line? 0.005cents? Wazamba is a part of the Tranello group. While simultaneously playing with them and a sister site, I was winning and the withdrawal process were identical and both combine gave me some of the worst experience of my gambling days! Wazamba has a reward program whereby I'm still waiting for technical team to rectify my rewards that live support failed to flag twice. So it doesnt really work as there's little to no automation. The freespins fot your 1st deposits are spread over 10 days and each days, you have to face live support to claim them. I mean c'mon!!! And it's the same at their sister sites. C'MON!! First email when requested withdraw winnings I had to ask 'so do you my documents for verification?' Replied with a message that it will take 24 hr processing, waited 24+ but as it turned out they deliberately left out one type of document so that it's going to take another 24hrs! (I have proof as it was happening the exact same way with the sister as I was withdrawing from both at the same time) live support was not helpful as every email came with reference number and a note to quote to live support. Upon quoting, live support not once understood what I had referenced to. Well, Wazamba is relatively a new casino, there is not much ratings and information on this casino yet. As I look around, the bonuses are good and many ongoing tournaments with good prizes. While I was reading T&Cs, I just thought that everything is up to standard of good casinos, until I run into the excluded games and less contributing games in bonus play. Wow, too many good games are excluded or less contributing for the wagering requirement. I never seen such a long list of games anywhere before. The number of excluded games might be more than AspireGlobal casinos. Check it out firstly. You might not be able to play most of your favorite slots.

Stay away from Wazamba guys, in fact stay away from this entire group. They are scammers and liars. I received an email offering me 50 spins with a deposit of 20 euro. Thats cool, no problem there. I deposited, and the spins appeared automatically on the screen. After i had played out my balance and the spins i went on live chat and asked what i would get for another deposit. I was told that i can get 50 spins for 20 euro. No problem. I deposited again, and started playing out my balance. Afetr a few euro had been spent i noticed that there had been no pop up informing me of the spins. I went onto live chat and spoke with Catherine who was quick to tell me that i cant get the spins now because id started playing with my balance. I explained to her that the spins added automatically the last time i deposited and she said no i cannot add anything for you now. By this stage i was furious and i asked to speak with the pitboss or supervisor, to which she replied "no they cant talk on chat, send an email'. Of course they can talk on chat. I asked her 5 times to speak with a supervisor and she just told me to send an email (addressed to support anyway, so she can intercept it no doubt). I played out my balance and i will never go back here, or to any casinos in this dodgy group. a very nice looking new casino with a huge game collection and some other nice reward features...new players can get a welcome bonus 100% first deposit bonus+ 200 free spins...so far so good but here is the huge shady side.. bonus terms & conditions are ridiculous not to say outrageous... there is a huge list of games which only count 20% for wagering and a huge list of games which count 0% for wagering and also a huge list of games which are not playeble with a activ bonus at all... fazit: the wagering requirement of 30x deposit+bonus amount could easily go up to 50-60 x deposit+bonus amount if you play more games from that lists
