I had problems with withdrawing funds and verification. When I managed to verify after 2 weeks of sending documents. I ordered the withdrawal 3 times. And only the third time did they announce that. My bank will not accept the withdrawal from them. I only ordered it on skril when they told me to order it on an online wallet. I give a rating of 2

Verde is a casino with a great game selection, but that's about it. The site is very difficult to navigate, making it hard to find what you're looking for. The overall design is cluttered and unappealing.

Unbelievablely by far the worst customer service rep on live chat! Justin was his apparent name and I barely explained my situation which I sent screen shots of the 50 free spins NDB I signed up when he hit me with this: I have answered your question several times. Repeating the same questions won't give you another answer, regrettably. I will be forced to close this chat. ...like wtf..okay buddy. Head case. I have succeeded in wagering their signup bonus, so I tried to withdraw they rejected my request for reasons of KYC. I immediately submitted the documents and waited for their reply. There was no reply for a week, so I enquired about it on live chat. The support staff asked me to be patient and that she will forward the documents. I asked her about the documents submitted a week ago. She replied that they don't start the process unless the customer contacts them. Their strange formality of informing the casino to start the verification process after successfully submitting all my KYC documents took a week. Meanwhile, I played and lost my wagered bonus.
