Ok So I decided to try a new casino today and TripleSeven casino was my pick. This casino looked great. The appearance was your classic RTG casino setup. Amazingly simple as far as identifying the games that are available for play. The promotions or coupons are under the cashier area. and they are clear as to what is being offered as far as bonus amounts added to your deposit or other bonuses such as Free spins on certain games. You must click into an area labeled Term and conditions to see exactly what those are for each coupon. Some of these T&C are not up to date and are the T&C for previous bonuses. That is a bit confusing. But the Playthrough is average (40X to 45X Deposit and bonus) What is not clear is the Max you are allowed to cash out on all bonuses. I'm sure everyone understands all bonus percentages added to the deposit are not cashable. So, knowing that is a given in all situations you will know before you cash out what will be taken from your winnings. The confusing part is how much you are allowed to cash out. Some of the bonuses did day 20X the deposit. But under the casino's main T&C page as far as what I saw and read there is no Max cash out set for most of the bonuses. Now I know that can't be true and I could have asked support in the chat what the max was for the bonus I claimed. But it also would have been nice to know without contacting staff before claiming the bonus. Anyway, on to playing the games. I played 3 games on this site. The new Jungle Game, The new warrior game and then the very new ATLANTIS MASK game. (I've played that game on several other RTG casinos and find it to be unpredictable when determining the odds. It just plays screwy) So not reviewing a game just the casino. And the game play at this casino was not smooth at all. The games stuttered a lot during play. And the Atlantis game was really glitchy. While the screen should clear between spins that was not happening all the time with this game on this site. Some of the image blocks remained through 2 or three spins and in the middle of playing would suddenly change. This happened only on the right side of the playing area. And with this game it is the first 3 to 4 columns where the winning happens most of the time. But still that was very distracting and with the game glitching like that I can't be 100% sure it was playing and giving me the proper odds of winning. And I didn't win anything on the site, and I know that is more because of my inattention to the way the game is playing and not moving on to a different game when I should. After I lost my first bonus, I was able to claim a $77.00 cash back coupon. And I played that out in no time!!! I know I won't play at this casino again until they fix the game stuttering that is happening on their site. (This isn't the only casino I've played on that has this issue either) So here you have it my review on this casino. The time I spent playing was not particularly enjoyable. And that is reflected in my score. Oh, the Chat support was very quick to help I did not wait on hold in the chat bot that long at all. In fact, someone helped me within 3 mins time, was it a slow day for this casino or is the support that quick all the time? I don't know, but the person that helped me was very knowledgeable and expedient.

I can't claim any bonuses even before I deposited I thought I had the bonus promo code in made my deposit and wasn't given the bonus. I didn't play any of my deposit before contacting support in hopes they would just honor the promo code. But that didn't happen and they wouldn't give me my bonus. The system changed my username and then tried saying my email address was not valid after it had sent me a dozen emails to confirm my email and then on top of it the chat support agent basically called me a liar and said that their system is flawless.
