SPIN CITY CASINO

am writing this review to warn all players about an extremely unfair and abusive practice I just experienced at Spin City casino.
On June 20, 2026, I deposited 4,000 CLP$ of my own real money via Webpay. I started playing on a clean deposit and, thanks to a good run, I managed to build a legitimate balance of 29,416.00 CLP$.
However, right in the middle of my session, the casino's system automatically injected a promotion called "Vasija de Reembolsos" and forced two unrequested "Money gifts" into my account balance. I want to emphasize that I never activated, requested, or clicked to accept these bonuses.
By doing this without my consent, the casino mixed my legitimate real money winnings with bonus funds. They instantly zeroed out my "Real Balance" and transferred everything into the "Bonus Balance", imposing a ridiculous wagering requirement of 190,500.00 CLP$ just to release my own cash (image verbatim.
When I contacted customer support to complain, the agent ("Isaac") completely brushed me off, saying it was an automatic booster and that I am now forced to complete the rollover
This is a textbook definition of "Bonus Trapping." They intentionally force mandatory bonuses on winning accounts so players cannot withdraw and are forced to lose everything trying to meet impossible wagering requirements. If you value your money and your right to withdraw your winnings, stay far away from Spin City. I am already launching a formal complaint process here on LCB to get my funds back.
Pros: None.
Cons: Automatic bonuses applied without consent, locking real money winnings under abusive wagering requirements, unhelpful customer support.

I have never been so fooled with the lack of description of bonuses and bonus conditions poorly explained r the live chât contradicts you in error really the worst I have seen to date be careful I activated a voucher without maximum withdrawal condition but after the conditions of bets it changed it took me 1467! Then with the $75 that I had left I inquired with customer service he confirmed to me that I could gsgner more but I still have gsgner 1500 and he told me that the max withdrawable was still at $75 he took back the money I was fooled as a beginner of the real liars we can't even have as a fiancé to customer service he changes the staff and changes what he says you may bring the screenshots of what happened he or any and always answer there. Things that are not really the question that we pause them I had already been fooled before by had but there he. My still had seriously I of exo alone strongly is casino the verification is long the withdrawal is long the scam its hide to surprise you when withdrawing and it leaves the money dragging on the account when you ask for withdrawals and they can even add bonuses on your real balance to create a betting requirement so that you are not able to withdraw your money attention play on another plaster form I strongly advise it. I want to protect the population that's why I shared the bad things that happened to me on this platform if it can help someone thank you

The casino cannot credit your deposit after 24 days. Whether you play here or not is entirely your choice.

Casino site looks pretty good, but that's only good thing there. Verification process, withdrawal procces might take for a days. I wouldn't recommended this casino at all.

Spin City is rather good. The interface is simple and it has the classic Betsoft slots that not too many casinos offer these days. Getting documents verified took less than a day and withdrawal to Litecoin wallet took around 2 days. They sometimes post free spin and no deposit bonus for existing members on their social media.

Generous bonuses and this is where the pros of this casino ends. The algorithm is exactly the same as in Bruce Bet. Having 250 Bet playing 50 spins on the slot I hit max 14BET and it was enough. Zero bonuses, zero fs. This star may have ever risen, but today it has faded.

After some not-so-great experiences elsewhere, this was a relief. Fast verification and fast payout, will play here

My latest favorite casino. Great bonus offer, with free spins or extra cash. Bonuses without deposit are often added, which is also a great option For me everything is great. .

What can I say about this casino. It didn't surprise me, but it didn't upset me either. I give him a solid 3.5.
