As a new player, I activated the welcome bonus of $20 credit + 50 free spins. I played through the credit but couldn’t launch the spins. Thinking I had to clear the tiny leftover balance (6¢), I cancelled it — only to see the spins deleted too, with no warning. I wrote a polite message to management, but the only reply I received was a curt reference to an obscure rule. Free spins cost them nothing, yet they refused to restore them. Very disappointing first experience.

i used to think the casino was really good, but similar to the sister sites, the bonus conditions are a complete disaster (no deposit bonuses are often not really no depost but a trap, the list of banned games is endless, bonus policy is arbitrary). but what really started to bother me was the way they now treat their long-term customers. apart from the same old text blocks in the chat, which are sometimes sent before you've even finished your question, the relatively new social media admins are so rude and unpolite.... without words. in general you have the feeling that as a customer you are the ass of the service - so why should you leave your money there. fast payouts and verifications are now also being handled by other casinos that know how to value their paying customers better and have much better bonus conditions. i have just closed my account there.

sol casino is a very well-known casino among Brazilian players, perhaps because of the large amounts of free spins they offer weekly, I have an account with them and have already withdrawn once. I hope to play again soon

I dislike how the casino operates with their bonus policy, no deposit bonus is not truly non-deposital as you must use your own funds to play the casino money from FS.

Not a good one like jozz rox and other from this family. Forgot their old members. When you register you don't get any bonuses.

I like the casino because of the slots and bonuses. The website is clear and beautiful. Unfortunately, not all providers are available for germany and if you want to close your account, you have to contact customer service and they stall you for a very long time, begging you to stay. The casino does not think much of player protection when it does everything to keep the player and you have to discuss over 20 minutes with the support about self exclusion.

I played with few deposits here but didnt win and didnt like the fact that my documents are approved( I can see that in my profile) but account status is not verified. So I have no idea thats wrong. So of course I stopped to deposit. I prefer similar Fresh Casino. But in general casino is ok. Like usually plenty of casino games providers. But a sports betting platform they use I dont like. Cant find the best odds. Never.
