Games are regularly tested and audited and I must say the Kahnawake gaming commission under which this casino is registered is absolutely amazing when you encounter any issues. This casino is by far one of the worst casinos around and one where I've had the worst experiences , on more than one occasion, in fact many times. First off they only offer RTG games which in.my opinion is already a no go as I've found that although one hits many bonus free spin rounds 90% or more even are just duds and yield absolutely nothing which is why I'm not an RTG fan.Also their support is almost non existent and always completely unhelpful and to make it the worst experience they can , when you do finally get in touch they are the most arrogant ignorant and rudest people I've ever come across in a people orientated service business..simply despicably rude.I won't play here anymore as I have been scammed blatantly by their sister casino JC. I will avoid this casino even if it were the only one in existence..

I love Springbok casino but Silversands Casino surprised me the last week. I made a deposit of 150 and played some slots, after an hour with a big stake, I won 10k on Witchy Wins slot. Mixed feelings at the time. Anyways I contacted live chat - Now I got to be honest here, sometimes you wait up to 10 minutes for Elle, Emma or Bill, however once they join, they do their best to assist and they good at it. I inquired about verification and they said I should just send an ID only, no address or proof of deposit etc. I sent the email and 3 hours later I was verified. Really impressed. - Even faster than most other casinos out there. I played my balance from 10k down to about 6k and made a withdrawals. The money was in my bank account in total within 36 hours, which is faster than their 48 hours pending period. I prefer playing here now as my Favourite RTG casino.
