It might be great casino for some people but 100% not the best place for VIP players. I don't know why people don't read the rules and give the casino 5 stars. It literally says in their terms that you can't withdraw more than 500 AUD from the bonus money that you win after that wager. Imagine you deposit 300 to get 300 AUD bonus then after wagering for hours, and in case if you hit big (As example 10,000 AUD) you can only withdraw 500 from the bonus which means the rest goes to the casino. How fair is this?! well if you want to get that 500 win on 300 AUD deposit, feel free to use the casino. However I won't play in such casinos due to their poor experience in gambling and casinos in general. Alright now that I have a total exprience of this casino here is my full review. First off after depositing the 2nd bonus of 200% I had $12,000 wager to complete which on and off took 3 days to finish. I finished with a balance of $2,326. Upon finishing the wager almost $2000 disappeared. I was worried and in shock. Live chat informed me max cashout from the bonus was $300. Now I did read the terms and I did not see this there. But to say I was very upset is an understatement. My first reaction was this casino should be blacklisted for allowing players to deposit $150, wager $12,000 with a max bet of $7.50 to only be allowed to win $300. It seemed totally misleading. and wrong. I voiced my extreme displeasure with the casino that they would have these types of terms. After they reviewed the situation they allowed me to keep the entire amount. I think this decision was very fair and proper. The chat here is awesome too. I did find out they do have software in place to block the restricted games so thats another plus. I see after our discussion they have changed the terms to max cashout of $500. While I still totally disagree with that.... as that amount is way too small for someone depositing $150 and having to wager $12,000 which is very hard to do, the absolute minimum should be $1000 max cashout and even then $1000 might be too low. However, if that is how they want to run their casino, thats their choice. I will say from experience in the industry that term of a max win of $500 on their bonuses with deter many depositors.
