Only to be frustrated every few minutes with game timing out and having to reload and I don’t believe my play or balance was accurately restored each time. Was a strange experience tbh. I had a coupon bonus and I ended up beating the playthrough wagering amount and requested the $30 withdrawal to be denied and when I asked why so, they told me it was for certain games only. But when I tried to play any slot games it would stop me on load up saying this game isn't playable with the active bonus and the only game I could play was chicken crossing game. So I got my withdrawal rejected after beating it playing the only game that it would let me play then telling me what I played wasn't valid with the active bonus. Not sweating the $30 but thats not gonna bring me back playing there again lmao

I used their welcome $111 bonus, got through the wagering .. I was a little hesitant at first, but I sent the KYC documents and was verified and maybe six or seven hours… I made the verification deposit right after that I was able to cash out $100 no problem whatsoever.. So what I don’t understand and I’m not happy about this. Why are they charging a network fee so I’m paying a network fee to send it to them and then they’re charging an additional one so my deposit is short they wouldn’t honor a boost because it was short nine cents.
But why I think deducting network fees also I’ve never had that happen before unless I’m missing something.. so honestly, this left a bad taste… I feel that there was no transparency about that and the fact they wouldn’t honor a promo for nine cents when every other casino wife played with has always done so.

It states that all games are allowed to play on the coupon itself in plain English, but after you send them your money via cryptocurrency, turns out that the coupon is a lie! You can't play all games and then when you mention it to them, they offer a bullshit as chip with a 40x playthrough requirement, only allows you to play slots, a 5x max cashout when the 33% deposit bonus coupon was supposed to allow you to play all games, came with a 1x playthroguh requirement, and NO MAX CASHOUT!!!!!!! Made my 1st deposit using their bonus coupon available. Should've used lcb.org's deposit bonus coupon. Anywho, didn't have any luck with those funds. Asked if I could receive 100% cashback on my 1st deposit. Was told no, but 20% cashback was available REGARDLESS if I used clean funds or bonus-assisted funds. Took the 20%, was able to meet the 20x playthrough requirement and cashed out 5x the cashback maximum allowed. Lost the welcome bonus in 10 minutes betting 30 cents, it says a lot about the rtp of their games. After losing 94, got a free spin feature finally which paid 1.90 lol ridiculous. Be careful with casinos offering big no deposit welcome bonus, usually it means that they change rtp of their games and you cannot win. I am not going to deposit there after my personal experience with the free bonus, thank you to lcb so i do not lose my money.

It is awfully odd that as soon as you get through with your wagering, you're just below minimum cash out and can't seem to win anything substantial. Seems rigged? Also a bunch of the games said it required an app, but I couldn't find one. Might have been more interested in the casino if I could have played games other than RTG. Kind of bored of them

Kept crashing during game play anytime a bonus was triggered the charms
