This has been my go-to casino for many years now, but I feel like the changes they are making are causing me to think perhaps I should start looking elsewhere. They keep taking benefits away or make them harder to get. The VIP spins used to be given weekly, now if you don't deposit at least $20 per week you don't get them. Also the VIP program "resets" too frequently. I feel like once I earn that VIP level I shouldn't have to start from scratch every few months. At first i wasn't sure about this place, but after making my first deposit and winning $300 which i was able to withdraw immediately, I was convinced. The support is great, bonuses flow like water and winning comes so easy sometimes that you forget to cash out. lol

To make story short, lots of bugs and errors on the site. Early results that were ok till i just lose... everytime. The only way i could ever get a win was if i previously lost a bigger amount (literally always losing unless i get paid a win with a part of previously big amount lost). Mbit is a btc casino i play regularly and for a reason. They don't offer crazy deposit bonuses or anything no. Their customer support is not the best in the west either. But they are good for one thing, "hit and go". In a normal casino (not a BTC one) I would prefer to play Endorphina slots because the minimum bet there is 0,10$ and I would avoid Betsoft slot because the minimum bet there is 0,60$. Somehow this does not apply here and this is very strange because with my low deposit of 30 mBTC I can make only 30 minimum bets on a 10 payline Endorphina slot insteed of 100 bets. This just sucks. Tried mbitcasino a couple months back and have to say i was unimpressed. I contacted the live support a few times about issues and they were very clueless and unhelpful and the issues were left unresolved. I eventually gave up and when my deposit was gone I never returned. I would say the games there are ok but if they got better support that knew the product better they would be a much better bitcoin casino. But there are far better ones out there that have excellent support.

not a fan of this site, they have tried to do a different concept compared to other casino sites but it just doesnt work, b-bets is a similar casino to this where they have a concept of bids a bit like ebay where you bid for money, free games etc and that works fine as you still get your normal deposit and extra bidding tokens on top, i tried to contact the live support and it wasnt working

My initial experience with this casino was rather luke warm. My request for the free bit coin was granted within 2 hours. Yet after my initial deposit, they were some hiccups in communication.
