I am waiting for a withdrawal for more than 3 days... i connected to the chat to ask if my withdrawal is going to be processed soon, and i was polite... , she told me to wait and that she will check on it... so i was waiting, no answer for 8 minutes, so i said thank you and that i am still waiting and the chat restarted again, she closed it apparently without answering, that is a terrible customer support Evaggelia!!!
