Yeah absolutely no good, figured out how to put a new rating on. Sloppy website, sloppy interface, super laggy and I live in a rural area so we pay extra for the good fast business internet (and all my other sites I use run smooth so it has to be on their end) and super unsupportive and not very helpful support. A little patronizing even. If you start off your relaltionship with shady dealings and deceit (like the fake free reg. spins) then don't expect it to get much better after that. I kept playing with those money won several hundred euro and once again they capped me to 50 euro two times more and ive lost maybe 1000euro because they keep doing this even though it is REAL cash..
