Well I was enjoying this casino with its wide selection of games and easy navigation around the lobby area. That was until I tried to cash out. Players shouldn't have to argue with support for their winnings, especially when they have broken no t&c . My scores low because of the lack of transparency and honesty. Some of the live support crew are rude and abrasive, one I had even told me to cancel my request and play my winnings instead.
