I CASHED in /or redeemed some of my comp points around 7 rand and miraculously I managed to turn it into 8000 rand, a hefty some of money.I knew of their reputation as scamners so.immediately I checked the T and C s for rules regarding comp points. There was only one reference to them which stated comp points can be exchanged for ZAR 1 For every 100 points that was it.they came with some story that the comp points were accumulated from free bonuses which is rubbish as I made plenty deposits there.I submitted a complaint open and shut to the Kahnawake ccommision who license them detailing the incident and submitting a screenshot of the t and cs.They ruled in favor of the casino who had submitted to them a new addition to the t and c s that comp points obtained from free bonus were subject to limited payout of 2 x the amount in.my case zar14.This was not originally in the t and cs and after submitting this to the commission and showing this screenshot showing this rule was not there they still ruled against me.This added term is now listed in the t and cs and was 100% compiled and created and added to the terms well after I had submitted my withdrawal request.This is the most sinister and blatant cheating I've ever witnessed from a casino .there were previous occasion s also where they denied legitimate withdrawal requests for no reason.this casino will never payout- avoid it as if your life depended on it.the worst of all casinos.
