My username is Jlabdo01. I am a VIP player at Hallmark. I spent tons of money there, many thousands, but when I go to make a withdrawal I get stiffed. I requested a withdrawal of 1000.00 I won around 3 months ago. I got no response. I’ve sent email after email and was ignored. I had already verified with Hallmark a year or two ago and when I logged onto live chat they said I need to verify again. I sent in the documents. More time went by and I never heard anything. A month or so later I got an email telling me I was approved for 798.00 instead of the 1000.00 even though I only used no max cashout bonuses. I am willing to look past that because at least they are willing to pay something. I sent in all the requested documents again. Nothing. 8 get another congratulations you win 798.00 asking me for documents again. I sent again, as well as to the VIP host Peter. They say they are looking into it. It’s been a week or so. Nothing. I have sent numerous emails with no response. I sent a demand letter. I suppose I will have to file a gaming complaint with Curaco or wherever they are licensed as well as with the CFPB here in the US. I just want my winnings. I told them they are losing so much money cause I would have spent thousands while they are not paying me this one thousand. I haven’t played with them and I won’t anymore I unless they pay me and make this right.

I've been sending them several emails to several different departments (accounts, support, etc.) for almost a week and haven't heard back from anyone. The live chat is a joke. Legit just want to inquire about withdrawal via bitcoin and not bank transfer. But nobody will get back to me (not surprising), so looks like I'll have to play out my account till the funds are gone and then delete it. Solid win for hallmark I guess, but do not play here and expect to withdraw, or have any semblance of communication with a human who reps the casino. You have been warned.

I did not have a good experience at this casino at all had a couple hiccups with the verification process that made me feel like they were making me jump through hoops customer service was very unhelpful and the gameplay seemed very laggy and payouts were few and far between as far as any big wins. I feel like a sample is way too tight save your money for a much looser rival casino

Perspectives have changed drastically about Hallmark Casino after speaking with account manager. Very considerate in expressing game play rules and bonuses. Thank you MelissaN for remaining so avid about resolving my complaints, this did get the desired response and resolution to my initial issue. So, Hallmark has rules as applies; Deposit in between redeeming bonuses such as any or most casinos. My issue was a little different but thankfully after MelissaN got a hold of Manager I was able to speak to and resolve my complaint. I love the LARGE Variety of games available here at Hallmark. I recommend Hallmark to gamblers who have a need for variation and those who are depositing a large amount perhaps 100 dollars or more to ensure you can make playthrough and/or to enjoy the sites offering I was uncertain about Hallmark prior to joining lcb.org but after connecting with support both from lcb and Hallmark I have a greater perspective and will be returning here to Hallmark as a depositor!

First of all. I have deposited here. Lost of course. The one and ONLY time that I do win I was told I can not withdrawal because I redeemed too many bonuses... BUT the bonuses were directly sent to me STATING "can't make a deposit? That is alright here is a free chip on the house" in texts and emails. In the emails...."Not everyone is a blessed as you".... Hmmmm and then the "here is a free chip for being loyal and trusting us" since then I had gotten the run around and told I redeemed more bonuses (that they kept sending to me via phone calls, text messages, and emails and said it was okay to redeem) this last chat I had stated their "manager" Peter would contact me after 11a.m. (that was yesterday)...no such call occurred. I got an email stating a response for this matter would occur in 24 hours or so...has not occurred yet. I can assume and take an educated guess as to the unwillingness like before.. BUT they will void the winnings and if I deposit $35... WOW.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Only and only if they will do right will my views ever change. I really wanted to like this casino, they had a very generous welcome offer, but was quickly frustrated with the lack of basic function with their mobile site. Half of the games would either not load at all, or would spin for up to a minute with horrible lag, and the few games that worked for me were not hitting at all. Really need to work on functionality and user interface. The menu was very awkward as well, making it difficult to navigate the site. Sadly disappointing, and overall frustrating experience for me.

I don't know anything BAD about this casino, per se. I've deposited at Vegas Rush Casino, which is run by the same company, but didn't make it through the playthrough with any money left to cash out. My beef is with that supposed 1300% bonus. THAT'S NOT HOW MATH WORKS. When you make a deposit and get a 250% bonus, and then make another deposit of the same size and get a 300% bonus, that doesn't mean you've gotten 550% (unless they give you a retroactive 300% on your first bonus and an additional 250% on your second bonus; if that's the case, I'm wrong and I'll take my L and go home, but I highly doubt it.) It means you've gotten an AVERAGE of 275% in bonuses across both deposits. So at the end of this "1300%" promotion, what you've really gotten is an AVERAGE of 325% across four deposits. As far as I'm concerned, calling this a "1300% bonus" is false advertising and that makes me side-eye this casino HARD, and that includes its sister-sites, Silveredge, Vegas Rush, and Fun Club Casinos. These casinos also have a big problem with latency when playing for real money (though not in demo mode), especially on Rival and Saucify slots.

I am a HUGE fan of BetSoft games, so Hallmark Casino seemed like a paradise with its very attractive site look, and the awesome bonuses. Its a huge front. Live Chat is adequate.. but I wish they put the same amount of effort in designing the site, and making it a fun experience for players. I deposited twice, and was totally out after that.

I tried playing here again ran through my deposit and bonus but got a 300 chip in my email. So I claimed it and played till I thought I was done and had exactly 600 which 300 non cashable bonus and 1x withdraw so perfect. When I asked about my WR they said I was 600 short which I could not believe and asked are you sure b/c I went quite a bit over what I thought was good. They said yes so I go play another 1000 and now I'm at 560. When I ask again this time a different person tells me I'm 4000 over. I don't say anything and just start withdraw of my 260. Send them ID and they send back telling me my birthdays don't match apparently they have march 2nd instead of may 2nd. My computer auto fills all that b/c i do it so much and it never auto fills wrong. They tell me they can't do anything they can change my birthday but balance goes back down to 0. I said no and they said I can try back tomorrow and talk with the day person. Total shady, lied about my WR and I'm not positive they didn't change my b-date b/c like I said my computer auto fills all that and I usually check info before depositing. Either way at worse it's a typo so close to actual b-day I'm not trying to lie about my b-day I sent photo copy of my id. Not a reason to withhold funds. They sure didn't mind taking my money without so much as checking my name. I have not experienced this ever after dealing with poker rooms for years and several casinos in the past year or so. I will update if the "day person" is any more reasonable.

I had been avoiding this casino b/c of some bad reviews I've read. I decided to try it since I am running out of reputable rival casinos that will still give me a bonus which also has reasonable rollovers. Because honestly anything over 25x is just ridiculous to me. They do have good games (as I'm obv. big fan of rival) and their no download play is very quick to load with no lag or stalling needing to refresh mid play like I have experienced at many other casinos. First I claimed a 300 ND after that was gone I deposited $50 with 400% added. Now I know I'm bound to have bad luck eventually at a rival casino. I have had some bad luck but usually only with small amounts to work with. Here I had $550 overall and was never in the black with either bonus. I've never spun this much on rival games and not got hot on something especially diamond dragon which is my go to. Usually get hot on several while starting off with $60 to $100 if I'm not claiming a large bonus. I prefer low WR to a big bonus so I claim small ones often or none at all. I suppose this is just bad luck catching up with me as I don't see how rival games could differ from one casino to the next. Yet by the end I switched to betsoft which I never do b/c I was tired of loosing on my favorite games. To no avail sadly.

Sites really bland and dull at first glance. Things just kind of blend together, making it hard to find and maneuver to the section or game your trying to find. Games are about the same quality as site design is. Spoke with a support rep through email that was extra nice and really tried to be helpful as possible, leaving me open to giving the site another try one day when it's upgraded.

Had a withdrawal of $100 that nothing was done for well over 6 days, sent numerous emails asking about it would get an automated response of we will get back to you within 24 hours and that was a lie. I like rival software games so that's a mark in the plus column. Also the minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are pretty fair so there's another positive. There withdrawal methods are a little slow but they will pay eventually just be sure to send in documents. They have big bonuses like 200% so you can win a lot if you get lucky. Had a negative experience in this casino too. Slots and Software in this casino was just great, but when I wanted to withdraw funds the whole epic began. I used a 400% bonus code there. Rules are 20x playthrough 10x max cashout. I deposited $100 and total I had to use was then $500 with the 400% add on. I did well and ran it up to $20,000 plus with $50,000 or more in playthrough. I was sad when I went to request my withdrawl, because I knew at least 15k of my winnings would be going away as the max cashout I gould get would be $5,000 or 10%. The support person had told me playthrough was $10,000 (20x the total $500 I started with). My withdrawl request was denied, and I was told the 10x was ONLY the $100 I deposited even though the "rules" when I agreed to the bonus just said 20x playthrough 10X max withdrawl. Furthermore, I was told that they would also deduct $40 for processing and the $400 for the bonus, leaving me with $560. Now I understand I am screwed on the "Big money" I had won, but if your base your playthrough on the deposit + bonus, then your max cashout should be based on the same amount unless it is specified when you agree to the bonus. FALSE ADVERTISING.

I like it! I was pretty bummed when I first tried because I kept depositing to get the next bonus. I walked with nothing. I was convinced I had been crooked after the things I read.. and I was pretty butt-hurt. However, I gave them another go and I WAS NOT disappointed. Withdraws do take a little time, but whatever. Today's update I received from Hallmark Casino, so now they said there third party processor completed my wire on May 10th and it takes a few days for my bank to receive. Well it's may 23rd and my bank has no record of any wire nor do they have a record of rejecting any on my account. I asked my VIP host Nick if they could provide me the transaction information so my bank could trace and he says if funds don't appear by this Friday the only way they give the supporting transaction is if I give them my bank statement proving I have not received it yet. I am shocked that in order for this casino to provide me proof of a wire transaction they want me to send my bank statement, well I guess they think I don't have anything better to do but call every day to get a different story. I'll post an update tomorrow to see if the funds are received in my account or what the latest story is that I'm given. Stay tuned

Unfortunately my experience with the withdrawl process is awful. They are not transparent and I am still waiting to be paid since April 26,2018. I was told 7-10 business day from approval. I requested a wire transfer and now they say those methods take longer, stay clear I played for 2.5 years this was my first withdrawl experience and they are not transparent and when I call for a status they can't give me any update except it's with there processor. Go play Bovada they pay timely and no game playing!

I just wanted to let everyone know, I have made a withdrawal here. I am waiting now to see if I get it or not. I have sent in all verification documents as well. It was a No deposit chip, but they told me I could cash out $100 dollars which I did. I am now waiting to see how long the process takes to receive my withdrawal. Support was nothing, but helpful! Avoid this casino, they throw these big bonus around like water but they are worthless because there is no way to track progress of your play-thru requirement, when you ask them they tell you to put in a withdrawal request and they will let you know within 72 hours if you have met your playthru or need to keep playing. Everything else I read about them (after the fact I'm afraid) is they never respond to withdrawal requests, if you reach them by phone they tell you they are very busy. Sounds like a ponzi scheme at best, total fraud at worst. That's just my opinion, I could be wrong , but why risk it, there are hundreds.of casinos out there. In my experience all the online casinos linked to a brick and mortar casino in Atlantic City, NJ are totally legit but legal only for NJ residents. I have waited 9 days for my approval to my request for withdrawal and nothing. I receive the same crap each time I contact support. We are running behind due to large payout request. Banking sends me an email instructing me to contact support who is processing my request. It's back and forth with no end in sight. The site claims to process request within 48-72 hours. Not true for me ??? 9 days and NOTHING !!! I'll keep you posted but doesn't look promising..

After a several freebies and a couple of deposits , I finally won in a free chip. When I tried to withdraw they told me that obviously because I had claimed more than one free chip between deposits , that I was simply playing for fun. This is the most crooked Casino I have found online... they will cheat you and rigged the game so bad it's unbelievable cuz they don't even try to hide it.... I have played here a no deposit bonus made the wagering and got the money in bitcoin account.The site was very difficult to use and the support didn't helped too much.I was lucky with a representative from here that helped me with this problem.I was happy to get the money but I will never make a deposit here because until they will make improvements to the deposit and withdraw methods and something better in the live chat department.

yes, it's terrible casino. All things are bad ! First of all, the support is not usually on live and it is not helpful and I have a doubt that they know many things about their job and casino. I completed the wagering requirement of the exclusive bonus of LCB and the firts support confirmed it. After that, I request a withdrawal via email and no answer. the live chat said to me that I have to win more 25 USD because the LCB bonus is not cashable even it's written that it's cashable. I tried to contact the customer service first to ask if they accept players from tunisia and if there is a welcome bonus and they said yes and they was very friendly, in order to get the free bonus you have to confirm your name adress and phone number. The casino has betsoft games i don t prefer them but it s ok. the representer said that the bonus is 55$ after at the end he said you will find the 50$ in your my bonus section and at the end i found only 40$ wagerring x 20 and max cashout is x 2 the bonus is cashable no deposit requiered that s what he said and also this is available for all next bonuses. so i don t think it s a bad deal.
