You can't just verify your account. They find excuses after excuses and not answer the emails I did the first deposit and still haven't received the LCB 3 usd bonus. I have my account in this casino. Games selections are very good. But progressive jackpot games like megamoolah and sisters of oz wowpot are missing in this casino. Support is better because whenever I asked any question they responded very politely. About deposit method Skrill and Neteller is present which is favourable for me. Support told me soon they will add progressive jackpots games soo.

I like this casino because i can play games on this site that i usually wont be able to elsewhere. I have yet to make a withdrawal but i can already tell its not going to be easy based on their Verification process. Sent my docs and i keep getting emails telling me to send the same thing over and over. Its like they just email me the same template.

This is on a very low average high dislike scale. Goldwin has so many games and providers to choose from. Lots of deposit and withdrawl options, and support is very friendly, but not very knowledgeable it would seem. Whatever I ask it always seems to be out of their control and some other departments job. Verifying your account is horrible, but it doesnt really matter. Even with a verified account, my cashout requests are taking even longer. The FAQ on their site are littered with false information as well. Huge potential wasted with this casino. Too many red flags, Id stay clear of this one, unless you enjoy having to fight for your winnings every time.

pretty much like westcasino but more bonuses offered from the beginnign. personally i dont like it so much because of the dark theme and the slowness of the site, but its on the higher end of casinos for me anyway.
