Chat support lie about deposit limit. They it set but its not. This makes this casino unsafe to play. Verification is annoying, i have to verified first my account include with this ridiculous selfies. Then i have to send same documents again when i verified my withdrawal. Cashout is slower then almost all other casino. Now pending 3 days after upload documents and keep waiting.

Nothing but a hassle half answers to questions misleading and unhelpful verification said congratulations then my selfie was declined after requesting withdrawal and depositing 2xs bcoz the 1st deposit did have a withdrawal option then when I tried it wouldn't work then was removed so I had to deposit again with a system that had both deposits and withdrawals. And then just as I did everything asked wagered my 2nd deposit requested my withdrawal and then declined selfie and said to use my passport that I never said I had or used for I'd they change the rules to suit and the whole site is not enough information and q&a is useless over bad terrible one of the worst experiences ever
