The win ratio seems fair the promotions are decent so its not bad. The withdrawal process is expensive. I had $128 cad withdrew $95 and there was $4 left in my account $33 is excessive. I canceled my withdrawal to talk to customer support about fees that weren't shown on the withdrawal and it only gave me the $95 back. Still dealing with customer service. So while everything else seems good the fees are excessive and not worth playing if you ask me.

I have been playing on chipstars a lot recently and I must say I have been having fun with decent wins and multiple cashouts crypto deposits are quick but the withdrawal takes up to 24 hours unfortunately the mobile site looks great, on negative I have is sometimes your balance doesn't update and this happened while spinning a slot for a while my wins were not being add to my balance as well as loss and once I realized it was impossible to know if my wins were correctly added to my balance and support could only say the provider says all wins were added
