I had an issue with paying a win on sic-bo and the program did not pay me. One of the customer service people was very dumb and could not realize that 665 is the same as 17 or 566 or 656. I guess by me because my tablet was so small I could barely see anything... they were nice to allow the bonus to be readded to my account but after loosing everything... and fast I might have you... Ok so I do not agree with all the bad reviews about this casino...I actually made mt 1st deposit only got 100% bonus match (not 150%, nor have I seen my 150 free spins), anyhoo I played and played and I was WINNING and WINNING. I finally met the WR with 0.73493097 BTC about $880 USD. So of course I Cashout...super simple, super quick approval and I got my winnings today :)

I think this casino has major potential!! Although chat support has not always been available, when they are, they are quick to respond, friendly, and take the time to answer any and all questions you may have. I was given a bonus which I didn't see until it had expired and Andrew reissued the bonus for me, which is amazing (considering most casinos will not do do this). The games seem fair and run perfect. I can't for my paycheck Friday so I can deposit here for the first time and hopefully maybe win a little something! I will update to 5/5 once I have seen how the cashout process works. My experience at 'Bitcoincasino.us' was unlike anything I'd experienced at any casino, ever..........
I was actually enjoying myself playing 'Cherry Fiesta' at the lowest bet per line for that game;
0.01 mBTC, when I got a lucky break and hit the free spin feature that retriggered to the sum of 120 free spins and an ending balance of '93 mBTC!'
I continued to play, increasing my bet to 0.02 mBTC per line, then to 0.04 mBTC. I'd play 9 lines, 8 lines, 7 lines, even 6 lines, but my bet was never higher than 9 lines @ 0.04mBTC.
At about 8pm my balance was 84 mBTC.
All of a sudden it dropped to 34 mbtc, on a very small bet, impossible...................
I went and checked the WR% which was 87%. I went to check the history,
but I couldn't locate where my balance decreased by 50 mBTC.
I sent them an email about it, because I didn't change my bet to where I would risk losing more than half my balance in one spin. I was very close to cashing out and believe me, I wasn't having anymore big hits after the 120 free spins. I was just trying to complete the WR and cashout what I could.

Actually, it was 50 mBTC not 35 mBTC and they did put it back in my balance. This is my balance at their site;

Seems to be another Soft Swiss casino just with a different theme going on.
Same slots as I can get other places, plus the sneaky free chip was unwelcomed and uncalled for. Plus not forget about the endless amount of e-mail spam I have gotten from them all of a sudden.

I received a message with the coupon code & tried out the casino. It doesn't have as many games as the other casinos I have played at but I thought that the layout was decent, the games played well on my tablet and I played for about an hour on 5 mbtc. I didn't have the pleasure of talking to support as of yet but I don't see what the complaint is all about if others say it is easy to cashout. Playthrough is 40xs for bonuses which isn't all that high. Once I get some extra funds I wouldn't have a problem depositing and trying to cashout! For now I think it looks pretty decent for a brand new casino that is just starting out! :)

I was not lucky enough to receive a message with the coupon code, so i went to the site and i asked them for a free chip and i they credit me with 0.005 :). I was playing the new fafa twins slot by betsoft for like an hour until i reach the 40x wager requirement for the bonus.
