Again I contacted customer support through live chat they have given clarification that there was mistake and they never credited the amount in question to my account and a third party payment processor investigating this case and they don't know how much time it could take to investigate the case.After a month I contacted that third party payment processor who after checking their records confirmed that the amount in question credited to the casino account and they have raised the query to the casino which was not replied by the casino.The next day Betway credited my casino account with the deposit I made seven months before this event. This was a clear attempt to harass its customers by this casino.
