I haven't encountered any problems with this casino until yesterday.... I deposited $30 via e-transfer 1230am CST. Depositing using this method is instant but was surprised to see that this deposit is pending so I messaged support with the messaging form. I waited till morning 8am and check again (still pending). I confirmed that my deposit was received by Betsedge but was still pending. I contacted them again messaging through the website and email. They have no live chat and haven't received a response of any kind ..t has now been 22 hours and still pending! The customer service is awful???

One of the more horribly run casinos I have come across. They enticed me to deposit with 100 spin promo worth 20 cents. I deposited and they issued me 100 spins worth 9 cents. I showed them the offer and the email and said its not ok to act like that and you have to give players what you advertise. The chat rep said "too bad we do what we want" and then he closed chat on me. Stay away from this rogue outfit.
