Got this answer from support: I checked your account, and unfortunately, the bonus offer is either from a third-party site or outdated, so we can't add a registration bonus. I looked for an alternative but no luck with that.

Great casino with a realistic loyalty program and regular tournaments. Wide variety of games from many providers - relatively quick KYC & payout within 24hrs (and one of the fastest bank account withdrawals I've ever had!). Highly recommend. Would recommend depositing without bonus however as many games are restricted (and doesn't it suck to win but then lose it wagering!)
