A Night Out Slot Review

About A Night Out

We are taking a look at a Playtech slot for the purpose of this review, and the game we have chosen is A Night Out. This is a five reel, twenty pay-line video slot which also offers a progressive prize. Playtech is one of the largest and best known of all online gambling game developers, and to be honest this is not necessarily an example of their best. Bear in mind that it was released a number of years ago, but the fact that it carries a progressive prize, does make it more attractive.

A maximum cash jackpot of $250,000 can be won over 100000 coins, they call it the “Dollar Ball”, and a prize like that is definitely worth a shot. Wagers can be made for up to 200 coins over a betting range of 0.01 up to 500.00. Pretty steep, but look at the size of the prize!

Features

There is a wild symbol, no multiplier, a scatter symbol, but no free spins available in the game, and icons range across a suitable theme for the stereotypical ladies night out. There are cocktails of all different sizes, shape and colour, a bartender, a bevy of beautiful red-heads, blondes and brunettes, and that’s about that. It is simply rendered in graphic terms and makes use of suitable ambient sounds. No matter how cheesy the looks of the game - this excitable bunch of eligible lasses will help you win.

A girl dancing plays as the scatter, and when this gal appears on the reels three or more times, multipliers are awarded. Land five, and a prize of 50 x the wager is released. Land 5 x the wild (Pilsner) on the reels for a reward of 10000 coins!

Strategy

Again, strategy is not the name of the game when playing online slots, but winning could be very worthwhile on this one. Play for free first to get a feel for the slot, but remember if a big prize is landed, it won’t be for real.

Bonus Feature

As the chance to participate in the Dollar Ball progressive prize is essentially a side bet, we could go as far as to say that this is a bonus feature of A Night Out, and this is a lotto type game. The true bonus feature is triggered when the bartender lands on the reels, where the player gets to choose which of the ladies will award free spins, a free drink and a multiplier.
