This is horrible casino very horrible to play at. The only convenience it has is a 3 hour withdraw time window using the e-transfer method. I deposited alot of money here with no withdraws since October, they had me hook on the withdraw time and deposit bonuses. They do not offer any incentives for becoming their VIP customer, and they barley offer no deposit bonuses to someone who them alot of business. Don't even get me started on how horrible they are when asked how to solve their customers problems with the casino, they don't get back for days and when asked through email or online chat, it's an obvious robot reply. I have my own messages saved for proof, so when I went back to reread it, the support'people' replied back with same replys , everything!! ridiculous!

The casino where I managed to win and withdraw without any problems, so from me they are great. The disadvantages include fees for inactive accounts and, of course, the inability to change the currency. But for now I'm delighted.
