Terrible

I played at the casino for about a week and lost €5,000.
I tried to make a withdrawal several times, but each time the casino requested additional documents—and every time, I provided exactly what they

After that, the casino stopped responding and didn't ask for anything else. However, my withdrawal remained unprocessed for several days. Eventually, I fell into a trap often used by casinos and cancelled my withdrawal.

The worst part was that a VIP manager promised me a free €400 bonus, to be credited as soon as the withdrawal was processed—but there was a 24-hour time limit attached. I pointed out that since the casino was intentionally delaying the withdrawal, they might use that as an excuse not to pay the bonus. The manager laugh and assured me that the pending withdrawal wouldn't be an issue, explaining that the time limit would only begin once the withdrawal had been successfully processed.

Now, a couple of days later—with no pending withdrawals left on my account—I asked if the bonus could be added.
Someone else—a different VIP manager—said it wasn't possible, claiming there was a 24-hour time limit on the bonus and it is expired...

I’m waiting for Monday’s cashback—if I even receive it—and then I’m closing my account.

very bad experience there.7 deposits with or without bonus,zero win.very bad rtp,totally against player.if it was 1 or 2 or 3 deposits i would say its bad luck.7 deposits,i got maximum win 10xbet at bonus playing.i dont recomend at all.really really bad experience.
