I have been facing hardships requesting withdrawal I have.been requesting withdrawal for 3 days now the first attempt got rejected which according to them reason why it got rejected the request amount got lowered coz they said I played it which I didn't, so I re request a withdrawal again after several hours of waiting, it got rejected which the reason according to them I cancelled my withdrawal during process which.again I did not. I'm so piss I'm about to lose patience I have tried researching with this platforn but I never thought this is coming. I spent tens of thousands of baht playing here, but when I only got about 5,000 baht I made a withdrawal. They refused to pay me. Anyone should absolutely not think of entering this website. They dont pay out my winnings even though the time which is 48 hours and its stated in their rules its exceeded and two of their live chat agents told me that the money would be payed within the time limit they didnt.Also their support email never answers.The only thing that they tell is to wait a bit longer.There are plenty of better casinos to put your money on wich are proccesing your withdrawals in maximum of one hour.Never playing at this casino again.

Hello! In general, the casino is good but I’ve had a situation. I’ve visited their "Affiliates" website and there discovered bookmaker website called - Vulkan.bet. Considering the reputation of their other products, I decided to register and try out previously stated bookmaker. All was good. I successfully verified the account but there is one problem. Site was very good for polish players and they accepted low deposit amounts from me on top of having most reliable games from most providers, never had any problems with the site or something but some time ago url didnt work probably for polish players only still only way will be to access it from VPN I dont like it this way because system can block your account it happened to me with some sites it just sees you log in from different IP all the time...

This is a good casino and have a wide range of games. The slots you are allowed to play with are messy and u have to be carefull so you dont play on the wrong one. Personally i do not understand why they have all this restrictions.

I was honestly surprised to see casino with Vulkan in its name not featuring pirated games, given how many of them do. Its hard to say if the owners are the same as many of the other casinos around the web with Vulkan in its name, though at least this one has legit games. I am just checking their bonus T&Cs of the Welcome bonus, and it says that the Maximum Cash-out amount from the bonus is only $500. What the heck is it ? If the players deposit $10 and receive $10 bonus, it would be great to cash out $500. The term is not at all fair for players, as I think.

In order to re-activate your account, please contact Support again. I asked them to close but they refuse. I copy paste this from their site and the chat answered that they will change this and remove this option. I said that we have an agreement and these rules were valid when I signed up. The support then said that they have the right to change all the rules in the T&C as they please and players just have to follow their T&C when ever they decide to change them. I tried to see who issued their license but it was not possible. The link to the issuer didn´t work.
