I just wanted to write in after reading all of the bad reviews here. I was obviously worried about my requested withdrawal (about $352, after depositing on a depositing $60 in BTC on a large no playthrough bonus, something like %350). Anyway, they took away the bonus amount ($207) from my total, charged me $18 for the BTC withdrawal transaction and it took about 4 days from the day I requested. So, overall, I am quite happy with the results. I'm pretty new to online gambling and I wouldn't disregard all the bad reviews others have written, but this wasn't too bad. They always responded via chat to answer my questions. Obviously, there are some hassles with verification, and its defintitely worrisome and unfortunate in this day and age that w/d isn't instant (or close to it), but in my opinion, the Inclave sites have so far done me justice. Of course, I can't speak for the experience of others but wanted to write in to let people know that if they are patient and stick with it, it's not impossible to get paid. I wanted to give a recent review of sunrise slots. I recently won 100 in their casino with new player free spins. Sign up was easy, verification wasn’t too hard. When it came time to withdraw with litecoin I was worried when I read the bad reviews and decided I would never see any winnings. Their chat line takes a while as you are put in a waiting room. The customer service is not extra friendly but ok. I withdrew on a Monday and told 5-7 days. I followed up through chat for 3 days and was told the same. SCAM!! Sunrise slots is a scam!! So I won $500 in their weekly tournament. From that, I used those same winnings to win up to $4500. I requested a bitcoin withdrawal of $2000 (their max limit) and within hours of that request I get on and ALL of the winnings I had were GONE! They wiped it all. And in my transaction history, it said my bitcoin withdrawal was canceled as well as a “Manager Withdraw requested” for the remaining balance I had! All of it gone. I didn’t get a message from them or anything notifying me of this decision they made. Don’t waste your time playing here. And definitely DONT WASTE depositing here either. Take my word, don’t waste any time here. Also, it is really hard to rack up loyalty points. So that sucks too. Payout options extremely limited. So I started playing here a good while back signed up through the inclave link and after awhile I received an email from sunrise vip with a chip for 222 max cash out of 500. It clearly stated that as long as I had no pending withdrawals and my balance was below the three dollar threshold I could claim it. I ended up having to go through an entire month long process because support kept saying they were declining my withdrawal because I had a free chip prior to using that code. I ended up having to forward the email to support and after no responses for awhile I finally received a notice out of the blue one day that my 500 in btc hit my act!

Been playing on here for over two years, along with the other casinos under their “ umbrella “ due to my “vip personal host” direction (Scott something) including silver oak, lucky legends, ruby, and planet 7. I’m a daily player with a vip5 (highest level) rating. I lose over 10k a month of my hard earned money. The handful of times that I’ve submitted withdrawl requests, I got delayed over 2 weeks with the exact same excuses given from each casino. New payout scheme proports that they payout faster...I can verify that I have received multiple payouts from this casino and they have NEVER been slower...after they pass the deadline they commit to in their marketing, they refuse to let you speak to anyone that has any effect or control over the process. This casino wrongfully scammed me and closed my account with no justification / warning / explanation. I have emailed them two times prior to this, once providing personal information for KYC purposes and another time for questions regarding payout. No response either of those emails. I claimed a promotional offer they sent me, I followed all terms and conditions, I met the wagering requirements and was eligible by their own rules for $50 USD payout. the live chat agents instructed me on how to withdraw and I followed those directions. When I asked for information on where your casino is licensed - I was told I am not entitled to know that ? Really? I had more than one account because I couldn't remember the password or didn't have access to the email any longer. I'd never deposited in any of them and just free chips. They sent one for 50 free dollars to spend and I won't 1291.45. It said my withdrawal balance was the same But I had to take a selfie and send my ID front and back and I did. Then I had to open a bitcoin account and send 10 to verify the account. I did. They approved it. I have mixed feelings about Sunrise Slots. They have a great list of No Rules bonuses that can range from 175% to 375% or more. I won on the free welcome offer and was required to make a small deposit in order to get the winnings, standard practice and no biggy. It took almost 2 months and a week of daily chat inquiries to get it, but it was finally processed to my BTC account. I deposited a few times with them using Bitcoin. I won like $200 and tried to cash out with Bitcoin. It was one of the worst experiences I have had! Week after week after week it was one excuse after another. No one could really tell me anything that made sense or that wasn't total bull. Sometimes they would just lie and tell me one thing and then the next week when I talked to someone else, they would tell me something totally different! Took them forever to finally say they had my Bitcoin address. Then i have to wait 10-12 days but that would come and still nothing. Then it's another excuse.
