The management is here is worse than worthless... They Are garbage and a detriment of the Stakeholders, Bored Members, CEO and of course the poor Patrons attempting to pass the atrocious garbage ass obsolete horrendously trained on obsolete data sets and tables called the hooyu verification. I have tried for days supplied crystal clear Photos of my State ID to hooyu then that garbage platform had stopped accepting my ID all together telling me to upload another form. I don't have a passport or driver's license. I've sent perfectly clear ID Photos to the department which is supposed to handle the issues at sunrise for days with the same old runaround. The ai hooyu overlord scares them from actually overruling the broken ass brood parasite ai because they are worthless even after submitting perfectly clear ID pictures they have done absolutely nothing but tell me the same jargon even though I can't take anymore pics with my ID for her virus hooyu. They'd verify and take my crypto but will not verify me or assist with the verification of my ID. The management is absolutely worthless I encourage everyone to avoid this forked shithole den of thieves site like the plague.

I really liked this casino at first but after I had won a $5,000 tournament and waited a week to be declared the winner and after they put the money into my casino account they decided I could not have it and took it away because I played a free tournament and bonus chip they emailed me before depositing again therefore I couldn't have the prize. That was the worst thing to happen. They should'nt send you bonus chips if you cant play them, and I don't think that since a tournament is different than regular slot play I should be entitled to my prize. i did not know that sunrise was part of the virtual casino group when i first started playing and they live up to their bad reputation of very slow payouts ,it takes 10 days just to approve all together a month to get paid and something is wrong with some of their slots they have network lag or something i told them about it but they think its my computer even though the same games work everywhere else. also all the rules with the bonuses are strict you cannot mess up. and when it takes 10 business days (they do not process on weekends) youre pending status keeps you from getting bonuses and gives you a lot more time to reverse youre cashout. and odly enough it says in their terms that it will take that long, and they throw that at you when you ask about the status of youre payment its rediculous i will not play there again.i will read a casinos terms from now on
