And they just ghost you.
So yeah, terrible non 24/7 support, with terrible response time and a terrible attitude.
To address the no wager bonuses, yeah that's great, but you better read the fine print buried deep in the terms and conditions. Especially the page long list of restricted games you cannot play with bonus balance, because it will void any winnings. Imagine my surprise when expecting a 500e withdrawal in my bank account after waking up in the morning, only to read an email telling me I played a forbidden game and my balance has been reset to what i have deposited.
