Absolutely awful. When you deposit using a bonus, you cannot see the wager requirements left, you have to connect to the chat who will give you a random amount. I won 200 euros by them, which by the way i never received.

I came to Live Support for a no deposit offer which THEY emailed me but support wouldn't honour it. I started playing with Spintropolis with their sign up bonus and was able to make wager. Maximum cashout is 70euro and to initiate withdraw process, I needed to make deposit 30euro first and in the same process sent my documents for verification but no one responded. I waited for days but no other response came so I came back with full intent to LOSE as I presumed if they were going to pay my winnings, they would have already! Never depositing there or at their sister sites ever again!!

I took a bonus 200% for the first deposit. When i completed a wager, chat says that i can withdraw my money. They make a Manual withdrawal to my VISA card. I waited 5 days and they say that I abused bonus rules and voided my winnings. I asked to return my deposit, but they confiscated my deposits, too. This casino is a real SCAM.

i dont like this casino ! I have read many bad comments for them ! I claim a no deposit bonus 9 euros but i did not win ! Also the live chat tells me to deposit 40 euros if i win with purpose to claim my winnings ! I dont know why to deposit 40 if the minimum deposit is 20 euros?

i dont have any complaints but i cant say i got amazed or surprised by this casino. maybe expected more.

spintropolis nothing special at all, a live chat which takes 23 minutes to reply instead of 1 minute on screen, slow payments, only a fair wager on deposit bonus, but thats enough said,

Bad casino. Welcome no deposit bonus is useless because of all the stupid terms. Also, isnt this one of thethe casinos with fake software from net ent? Its in the same group like other rogue casinos so. I suggest you to stay away from this casino. I also read bad things about them including a complaint of non payment. So stay away. There are hundreds of better casinos to, choose from.

Signed up a yesterday using an exclusive sign up code and received the sign up bonus without any problem. With the bonus money I was restricted from some providers. This is a turn off in my opinion. Thats not the only turn off for me, I see that they have a pending periode of 5 days on withdrawals. That is a big fat no go for me. I stopped playing at casinos that have a longer pending time more than 24 hours. You can guess what I would do with this one.
