My experience seems to be on par with others in the comments. Slow payouts, if paid out, actively at war with the sites T&C the moment you deposit and start spinning. The labyrinth of ways they have to void balances and play throughs is at minimum predatory.

DONT PLAY HERE. You will be lied to every step of the way, there’s not one honest person that works there, not one!! I have chat transcripts and emails of lie after lie by these con men and women! Six weeks later and still haven’t been paid! However, if you’re willing to lie for a company every day every time you speak to a player for a few $ an hour, if you’re willing to sell your soul and are devoid of any character or conscience whatsoever then apply to these casinos, you’ll fit right in because that is the perfect description of every employee of the company although probably a little too kind!

Really must say that this was one of my worst experiences in online gaming in twenty plus years! From terrible customer service issues to winning and it taking way too much time to acknowledge the win, process the win, and actually send the payment. I read the reviews, but stubbornly deposited my hard earned money anyway. There are too many other and better options available to us. Read the reviews people, everybody can't be wrong.

Here's a dumb rule that they will use to not pay up....... you cannot use winnings from one tournament, to buy into another tournament...... WAIT!!... WHAT! To LCB.... Would greatly appreciate any assistance with retrieving my winnings if possible.

When I played at this site and won they took like 3 or 4 MONTHS to pay me. And when I got my money a huge chunk of it was gone from fees they took. They didn’t offer crypto withdrawal so I had to do wiring to my bank account and my bank also charged me fees. It was ridiculous. Racking up big wins here is not too hard to do. Getting them to pay you is another story. Comply with all rules, and dont give them any reason to void your winnings or close your account. Use crypto for deposits and withdrawals. Be prepared to fight for your money but do it respectfully. Account verification can be difficult and it is done purposely for them to take as long as possible before they approve your winnings. Once approved, you will have to follow up with them every week or two for many months to get paid.

Slots of Vegas is a very poorly Run Casino. They are part of the same group that runs Planet 7. The only feature I enjoyed was their weekly cash back from deposits and losses because it seemed to be fairly generous. But, when it comes to payouts they are absolutely not getting this. I've had one pay out that was successful from them and it took nearly two months to happen. It was just a tedious experience of me constantly bugging customer service for updates and being told information that is not lining up with the truth. I should have known better as well, because I had the same issue at Planet 7. Now don't get me wrong they did pay me out at Planet 7 and it was for about $1,500 . It did take them nearly three months though and that was absolutely infuriating. It also caused me to stop playing on that site even though I just had a nice successful payout so that should go to show how important timing is.

Slots of Vegas Casino is not worth the deposit. They have a low selection of slots and table games. Too high of withdrawal limits combined with a slow payout process. This, with an in inferior customer service network all add up to a failing grade in my estimation. Slots of Vegas is one of my favorites, however over the past year or so they have become a slow pay / no pay casino. They've gone from a 2 week cash out to 3 months to cash out, while many other RTG casinos have actually sped up their pay out process. Those that have a Players Reward Card with a balance can make a $30 deposit at SOV. The rating listed on the PRC site is 5 stars. If you don't have a PRC card, when you visit the SOV site, there should be an invitation with a card number for you to activate. You will eventually receive a $100 Reward for deposits. Ive been playing at slots of vegas for a couple of years, have had a few winnings and received my payouts in maybe a month and a half if that every time. My last withdrawal request I made was in April was finally approved on May 3rd. It is now August 6th, I am still waiting for my 600.00 payout. With several contacts they agree it has not been released and I will get an email within 24 hours with status and they would "escalate" the request. Every single time I play one of the RTG casinos, the connection freaking sucks. I can be in the middle of a bonus spin and out it goes. Is it just me, or is anyone else experiencing the same problems?

After a few years away I decided to come back and see if management at Slots of Vegas has improved and it doesn't appear so. Its been two months since I initiated two withdrawals and still have not been paid though they say things are happening. I like RTG very much. I remember that some years ago Slost of vegas actually accepted players from Bulgaria and I registered there only to get the no deposit bons. I was skeptical because I had already had an account there and didn't want to waste my time because of the 2 nodeposit bonuses in a row rule. Anyway, I made the playthru and put in a withdrawal for the maximum amount..which is $100. I sent in my docs and didn't hear back. After 3 or 4 days, I went to live chat and was told that my withdrawal was rejected because I used two free chips in a row.

With all non deposit bonuses there's always a play through.Usualy cash out amount on these casinos will be no more than the bonus amount.Some have higher amounts but you should always read the terms.Casinos don't like to give our free money!

This was also the longest I've ever waited to receive payment. As i have heard from a lot of people that slots of Vegas is a scam. I just want to tell everyone that its not a scam its just that they are not that good. There are not a lot of bonus offers for us and not a good welcome package which one expects to get while joining a new casino. When i had registered for slots of Vegas i used to play poker and the team was always in touch with me through email and live support as i became a regular player they lost touch with me and sometimes they didn't even revert to my queries and some of them are still unsolved. All I want is for the management to pull up their socks and start listening to their users as this is the only way this casino can be successful and be one of the bests in business. This casino and casino group "virtual casino group" if its still owned by them is a known "rogue group" and they will delay and use stall tactics and try and void your winnings. The problem with all the Virtual Casino group is that if you play too much, win too much, or use the no deposit, no playthrough bonuses that are offered to you in email, they exclude you from ALL bonuses.
