Their support was extremely rude, unfriendly. They came up with excuses about paying me, so I never received anything, and wasted my deposit.

They literally just copy and pasted rules about multiple bonuses claimed under the same IP and were never heard from again… i was fond of being a member here until this because it proves they are just as biased as some of these casinos and whichever casino is bringing in the most traffic and publicity like Mr O is, they will not go against the grain in any circumstance.

Well, good to know that I'm not alone... I'm going to start checking here before trying a new site in the future. Well, I went from terrible to dislike. At least I’ll have to say I moved one tiny step forward. It says my withdrawal bitcoin withdrawal is approved, but talking to them they said 7 to 10 business days before they even send the payment out I thought bitcoin withdraws were supposed to be faster, so how many days it takes for them to get you approved and then another 7 to 10 business days before they even send it out that is absolutely ridiculous. That’s why we all use bitcoin because it’s faster. You don’t have to worry about the banks and all their excuses they use but of course more excuses so we’ll see how this goes. We’ll see if my dislike go back terrible or we’ll go somewhere we’ll see.

They could not have picked a better name because there is some MADNESS on this site. Customer service was slow and the daily free spins negated any other bonuses I would have rather had.
