I have been with this brand for a long time never really winning , but recently I won ,not just from Ruby , but, slot madness, silver oak, and captain jacks ! It happened quick in a series of a few days, coindraw paid me half of what I was owed , Bitcoin has yet to deliver my money and suddenly they gave me the ax. Taking away all my vip privileges they won't talk to me , and tell me the system says I haven't had activity or deposits which is a provable lie. They did this the last time I won a couple years ago. So if you want emotional abuse go to this brand,eventually you will be hurt.

There is not a single honest person that works for this casino group, not one!! I’ve dealt with the before and they begged me back and after a couple wins they stripped Coindraw away before I could use it, stripped my VIP status despite having earned it by making thousands in deposits and then it’s been since August 3rd and I still haven’t been paid on any of my withdrawals despite me “escalating” them each step of the way. The shadiest casino I have ever come across. Got a free spin bonus, played it and was ready to cash out so I completed the automatic verification on their website no problem, then made the $10 verification deposit which would be refunded to me along with my withdrawal. I submitted my withdrawal request is crypto for $100 (the max cash out for the free spins) and it said approved… but I only got my $10 back. Support said my withdrawal request was actually denied bc I had played a no deposit bonus before which I absolutely didn’t… so yeah it was all pretty weird and definitely a little sketchy but at least I did get my $10 back.

And denied! Because last transaction before THEY added the money was a free chip. I would understand if I claimed the chip, but THEY added the funds and asked me to come play “on the house” now if I had a client that has lost money time after time after time after time and I gave them a chip that they did not ask for and they want a measly hundred dollars I would think I would pay them out. This is another one of those sites that is very difficult to get your money from. Out of all the sites on this network, they take the longest. I waited 8 months for $500 once. They took me off VIP status and changed my account type to something called 'Expert Master' which makes you ineligible for any of their good deposit bonuses with low playthroughs and all free bonuses. I think it was because I cashed out on my vip monthly free bonus like 4 times in 6 months. If you follow their rules and treat them somewhat respectfully while they provide terrible customer service, they will pay you but you might wait many months for a big payout.

Ruby Slots used to be one of my favorites, however over the past 18 months or so they have become a slow pay / no pay casino. They've gone from a 2 week cash out to a 2 month cash outs, while many other RTG casinos have actually sped up their pay out process. Yet one more going backwards in a forward moving world!
