I recently had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with this casino and I feel compelled to share my negative encounter to warn others about their questionable practices. My ordeal with Rollino has left me extremely frustrated and skeptical of their intentions. To begin with, I had made four withdrawal requests, all within the stipulated limits set by the casino. My initial withdrawal request for $250 was seemingly straightforward, given that I had around $350 in my account. With $100 left to continue playing, down to my last few dollars then I won $2100 on Mochimon, followed by another $1500 on Fire Strike 2. Happy with my winnings, I decided to cancel the initial $250 withdrawal request to accommodate larger withdrawal amounts. This should have been a celebratory turning point, but it marked the start of my disheartening experience. Despite following the casino's prescribed procedure and completing KYC authentication, I encountered a lack of communication from Rollino's end. After two days of waiting, I initiated contact through their online chat support. To my dismay, I was met with dismissive reassurances that my withdrawal would be processed soon. However, when I returned later that day, I discovered that all three of my subsequent withdrawal requests had been inexplicably cancelled. Alarmed and perplexed, I communicated my concern to the customer service representative, who shockingly insinuated that I must have accidentally cancelled the requests myself. I vehemently denied this, as the cancellation process necessitates deliberate action and couldn't have been the result of mere oversight. In a further display of nonchalance, the customer support team instructed me to email kyc@rollino.co to resolve the issue. I complied promptly, only to receive an email the next day requesting that I provide my KYC information all over again, despite having already submitted it through their website. My frustration escalated when Rollino responded by making spurious claims that my winnings for the $3900 had been generated from free spins and thus were subject to deduction of $3750. This is completely false, as my earnings were the result of hard-won bets made long after the free spins were completed and wagering requirements had been met . The entire experience with Rollino has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their lack of transparency, seemingly arbitrary cancellations, and baseless claims about my winnings raise serious doubts about the integrity and reliability of this online casino. I strongly advise anyone considering engaging with Rollino to exercise extreme caution, as my unfortunate encounter has left me convinced that they are not to be trusted.
