Won on planet 7 they gave me the run around about my withdrawal and ultimately closed my account didn't pay me and wouldnt tell me why

Planet 7 Casino has been a frustrating experience. The interface is outdated, making navigation difficult. Customer service is slow and unhelpful, and I’ve encountered numerous issues with withdrawals. Bonuses seem attractive, but the terms are overly restrictive, making it hard to enjoy the games or cash out winnings. Overall, I can't recommend Planet 7 Casino due to its poor support and problematic policies. There are much better options out there!

It's 2024. Despite having always at the ready deposit bonus coupons available for players if so desired, withdrawal times can exceed 7 to 10 business days. Casino can receive and credit deposits within 30 minutes. How come withdrawals aren't processed in the same amount of time?

Ruby slots this one and a variety of others are all exactly the same and took me about a month to withdraw after I won and they were not easy to get your kyc process done and over with. They'll make you will wait a full week before they tell you that it didn't go through and then they'll make you wait a week again and come up with some other lame excuse. Worst group of casinos ever.
Definiatley would never put a penny into this casino after seeing what happened to my buddy. He never got paid for his real money winnings. I would never trust any of the casino's with outrageous welcome bonus offers. 400% deposit bonus is NOT any kind of bonus in my opinion. It's actually much more of a restriction than it is a bonus. Just read the fine print and do the math. That's ALOT of wagering you'll have to do without losing your entire balance before you'll be able to cashout.

I can't vote a Zero rating? Cuz that's what they deserve. Totally threw me to the wolves when it was time to pay out my $250. First they said I had to get verified, which I already had.. Emails take a week or more to be answered. They NEVER have anyone available to chat, so you just have to leave a message. And when there is someone there to chat, as soon as you ask why you haven't been paid....GHOSTVILLE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!

I have to say that I really don't like this casino one bit I put a deposit in thier casino and I actually hit big and I went to claim my winnings and they denied my funds and they deactivated my account

I understand a lot of the complaints players have with Planet 7 and yes, their payouts could be quicker, however, I want to share my personal experiences with Planet 7. I've withdrawn a couple times with them and slow, yes, but without too much difficulty or pushback from their staff. The most recent payout I want to write about.... I'd been waiting approximately 6 days for a rather sizable payout when I had a family emergency that required air travel. I immediatley reached out to them and asked if they could expedite my payout because of my unfortunate circumstances. Long story, short, I was paid that day and sent an email of condolences. So, I gotta say, I'm sticking with Planet 7 for this and, I seem to win more on their site than any other!
