Man I thought I love this Casino, wide righty of games I won a lot of money talk about fun but then tried to cash out and Support was nonexistent and then stressed me out and after the runaround I never got any money, so yeah it has been blacklisted, and stay away!

its just poor, its fun but poor, i had alot of trouble with payouts, and the play through on bonuses are simply impossible. you are brave if you put money into this site very brave , you will only have your deposit eaten even if you win you will never cash out, thats what i gather, granted my win was on the no deposit welcome bonus they wouldnt honor a cash out on, so this was several years ago so maybe they have changed but i dont really think so given it still has such a poor reputation.

This casino group is under new management effective November 2016. The new owner and partners are top notch, and have vast industry experience. To those looking for a freebie, then complain about it... it's rather unfair, don't you think? The casino - like all casinos - give out free play to get you in the door to spend a few dollars. As for me, I am extremely satisfied and as a long term player, I did have some issues with the former management, but the new team has been great and I wil continue to play here. The games are loose, the customer service folks are great and I give this site and its sister casino a 5 out of 5 stars.

Personal experience here.I wanted to play here because of all of the emails I was sent.So? I did and they did give me a free chip.I played it out and decided to deposit.I did deposit the min.Amount and they asked me if I wanted BEFORE hand.I said NO.They added one anyway,wouldn't take it off! I requested many times before they finally did,and eventually lost within minutes.Not my type of casino 0_0

I realy want to test this casino today, but when i read all this s**t here, i need to stay out from this one, really scared to see so many people have some big problems here, i want to stay home and not try this, so sad because it have a good bonus, maybe some day i really have good cash on my bank account, maybe i try this but I don't think so, bad casino.

This casino although offers huge no deposit bonuses such as its sister casino Ac you cant never wager the bonus because the wagering requirement is too high ! I read also comments that players wait 4 months to get paid and never happen that ! So i will stay away from this casino and i will trust another casino with 4 or 5 stars because i dont want to risk my money ! I wont deposit at this casino because i dont wanna loose my money !
