Man I thought I love this Casino, wide righty of games I won a lot of money talk about fun but then tried to cash out and Support was nonexistent and then stressed me out and after the runaround I never got any money, so yeah it has been blacklisted, and stay away!

its just poor, its fun but poor, i had alot of trouble with payouts, and the play through on bonuses are simply impossible. you are brave if you put money into this site very brave , you will only have your deposit eaten even if you win you will never cash out, thats what i gather, granted my win was on the no deposit welcome bonus they wouldnt honor a cash out on, so this was several years ago so maybe they have changed but i dont really think so given it still has such a poor reputation.

Sadly, this sit is an incredibly fun site to play on. They have great games and many of them, although I was devestated to see that they no longer offer either Concept or TopGame. I greatly prefer TopGame software to any other, and I have always enjoyed playing Concept games when I am wanting a change from my usual ones. The only other site with Concept software that I was aware of and frequented was 241bingo.com and they vanished suddenly awhile back. TopGame casinos all seem to be totally untrustworthy to me, and I have dumped over $100,000 into them collectively during a period of just under a year, receiving a payout just a single time for a measly $1000. On top of this depressing fact, immediately after making my pathetic little withdrawal, I was suddenly "blocked/banned" from said TopGame sites being told vaguely "I did not meet their security checks and that there was no more info or detail regarding why available. It was absolutely infuriating, so when Pamper and sister sites started having my games, I was thrilled. I probably should have checked into their reputation, as I came to discover that they are totally untrustworthy as well. Though they never blocked me at all, I never received the one and only win that I finally did have nor did I receive any type of explanation whatsoever; they simply stopped responding to my emailsand live chat messages entirely. Just to see what would happen, I made one more small deposit to see if they would suddenly respond to me when I was contacting them to give them the MSN # for my Western Union deposit and guess what? They sure as hell did! Pamper casino is good casino...to avoid! Just don't play there, you won't see your money. Their costumers support isn't helpful at all, they are only there to make you think you will see you money, but you won't. Just to tell that games are solid, but that is irrelevant because you can't win there. There is warning from LCB and that should be enough for you not to go there.

I finally won on a free chip here, wagering it that is. It is a smaller one, and made a withdrawal request for the money, and will see how it goes. Pamper casino banned me because of winning off of too many free chips. I cashed out three times for like $10 each. This was back in the day when quick tender was still around. Not a massive fan of sites like this. Surely there has to be red flaggs when they give away so many huge $100+ no deposit bonuses. I made the mistake when i wasnt registered at any forum to read reviews, and registered on this casino to take the big welcome bonus, and i made the wagering and requested a cashout, 1 day later they ask me for verification documents, even a picture holding my ID. After submitting the documents i waited 5 days without getting the money, and the supports is really bad, email doesnt answer and livechat answers like robots, saying withdrawal will be processed soon. ANd it was only a 150€ withdrwal... Used their ND bonus which is only available for play on the Betsoft slots, nothing remarkable with the slots, some interesting games but not too generous pay tables. I have had several problems with this casino. I don't really like it, the support is always slow and the withdraws are insane slow and sometimes you even have to nag about it. First Pampercasino paid me out several times almost without problems apart from the slow payments but slow payments are not that unusual. Then I won 1000$ and the theatre started. At the end they paid the 1000$ too but after many complaints and false accusations and they banned me from the bonus list so I can get never a bonus and beware that the account was terminated and reopen again. Well, my deposit was only 25$, you can think, not a big deal but the winnings were about 1000$ and this was a big deal for me. Who wants to lose 1000$? I am surpised. $500 is a huge chip. the 3-d slots are amazing. and the free chips are great but the payout from the machines tend to be few and far in between. One of the worst casino IMO, games have poor payouts with poor graphic/sound platform. They have a lot of no deposit bonuses but with max 1x bonus amount withdrawals. Beside that they have very long time frame for cash outs and very long list of restricted countries.

Pamper casino does not allow players from the Netherlands...it's not true because I am a member of this casino for about 3 years and received more than 1000 dollars in free chips. I do like pamper, ac, and, money storm and love those free bonuses, except when you deposit and make the mistake of taking one, the play through is ridiculous and nearly if not, impossible to get through. I like to gamble but the odds are against me for depositing here. now i could be totally wrong and maybe they would pay me because you can not really believe every thing you read because people tend to leave out important stuff in to why they are not getting paid..am just not willing to take that chance right now. another thing is that they do give out alot and i mean alot of free bonuses that are a really nice amount to pay with. you can either look at it as a good thing or bad thing. am not really sure of which one it is because of how many they give out. Pamper casino have been online for quite a few years. They have a software platform that as far as i'm aware is exclusive to them and their sister casinos (AC etc). I have played at pamper quite a few times and the joke with many of us was why would someone name a casino after a brand of childrens nappy? (UK Joke... Pamper(s) = British nappy brand). Probably they were aiming for "pamper" as in treat yourself, not child's dirty nappy "pamper"(s)... Although if you play here, you can take that in the latter context as that's exactly how you can expect to be treated (like a dirty nappy). A lot seems to of changed since I last played there (and not for the better). The website is still the same generic red and as before, navigation is all over the place. The website has a very amateur feel to it. I can't put my finger on what it is, but it certainly feels a bit "cheap". When navigating the website you can't view the games and some annoying fake live chat window pops up at the side. The games are just as cheap and tacky as the website design. They too feel very unfinished or mediocre at best. The way I always used to describe them was if you can imagine playing at a website that is dedicated to bingo, that has a few cheap and nasty slots that nobody play's.... That's pretty much what pamper casino slot's are like. Don't expect any playtech, mg or rtg slots here. Payouts are iffy at best. Countless people have already mentioned they can use tactics to not pay you. Pamper casino has to be the most horrible casino that I have ever played at. I originally signed up with pamper casino with a free chip from LCB. When I signed up, they have a drop down box that you can pick the free chip that was available. There were 3 different bonuses that I was able to choosed from. I did pick the one from LCB but when I played through all of that, I played the other free chips too, because at first, I really enjoyed the casino because the games were different. Now, the good thing about Pamper, is that the do often give you free chips via email. These chips arent chincy either. Sometimes they are pretty high. However, they play through is usually outrageous, and i have never been able to cash out. This was until the very last time that I played. I made playthrough on a 100 dollar free chip. Thats pretty amazing being that the requirements were so high. You cant contact customer service, so you dont know if you have made play through or not. (Now they have a counter, but this was before then) you had to submit a ticket. Who wants to wait for them to contact you back in up to 3 days just to find out if you met the requirements. I wanted to know if I should keep playing or not! SO I decided to try and make some more moeny. I had it up to over 4 thousand dollars. Now I did not know what the max cashout was, becasue no one would contact me back. So I decided to just request a withdrawl. (again, you have to submit a ticket) I waited for 4 weeks for a response from them. They told me that I was 8 dollars away from playthru and that the bonus was now expired so they cleared it from my account. Have you ever heard of such a thing? Thumbs down to pamper (and sister site AC casino) for being just horrible about customer service. Its not worth the hassle of playing and getting your hopes up.

I still regret the day when i had registered myself with pamper casino there registration process was like as if i am a convict. I find that the new software is MUCH better than the previous Amigotechs software. With the new platform, the generous bonuses that Pamper has always offered are excellent with the new 3-D Games from BetSoft. The games are much more interactive, modern and have great payout percentages. In addition, the support staff are always there to assist with anything you might need. It is now mid-April, and since my last post I have deposited $1700 at Pamper Casino. I have not cashed out once, nor have I come even remotely close to meeting their playthrough requirements to cash out. While playing this evening, I contacted the support live chat to ask why the system was so slow. His reply was "I am playing the same game you are, and its fine". This raises the question of honesty and his response said to me that I am competing with employees of the casino, which is a cardinal sin in this business. I also spoke with TST this afternoon about Pamper Casino's RNG certification, which is dated 2008. The gentleman I spoke with says it is only valid ONLY IF changes to the algorithm remain as when the RNG was certified. There is no conclusive proof that this certificate is worth the paper its printed on anymore. Their games are hideously tight, especially the blackjack games. I find it rather convenient that the dealer ALWAYS hits on 18-19-20 or BJ, and the player cards are 12-13-14-15-16. It's ridiculous. This site is a scam, plain and simple. For the few people who might have won something there - consider yourselves very fortunate. Just remember, good luck competing with the employees while you play. I will no longer deposit here. I will be notifying Money Gram the names of the people used to transfer the deposits. I will also be calling my ISP to see about getting it blocked from system wide. Here's the thing about Pamper Casino - the bonuses are definitely awesome, the customer service people are wonderful, but sadly, the games are not up to par in terms of payouts or graphics. Amigotechs need to really loosen up the games, all of them. The max wager on slots is $42/spin on some of the games. It's not uncommon to go through $3000 in spins, only to have a $500 hit, and a handful of smaller hits. I've only hit the top line on "Fruits" once - 5 watermelons, and this is after very heavy wagering. Blackjack is another problem. $250 is the max bet, and the multi-hand gives you 3 hands for a total max bet of $750. The dealer lands on a high face card almost 90% of the time, and the flip card is a "dealer win" a good 80% of the time. The player gets stuck with 12, 13,14, 15, 16 about 80& of the time. The matrix of their blackjack is frustrating. Video poker is another frustrating experience. Hits are fairly infrequent, and whenever you have the opportunity to "double up", the face card is a 10, J, Q, K or A 95% of the time. Even when the face card is a lower number (4 or 5), the card you pick will be a digit lower. Roulette is so-so, I'm not really into "real poker", so I haven't tried those games. One thing about the bonus structure to take into consideration - If you take a 3000% bonus with a $100 deposit, the wagering requirement is well over $100,000. Based on my experience, I have only met the wagering requirement ONE TIME, only to cash out a fraction of what I put in. Overall, Pamper Casino has a ton of potential... but they really need to loosen the games up, and add $5/ line wagering on the slots. Some people (like myself) like to high roller our gaming experience. Updated games would also be nice. If you're looking for a site to get a high bankroll, this is the place... just remember the wagering requirements are very difficult to make and cash anything out.
