According to what she said after looked up my account's states, my real cash balance was at 281.20 after I finished my first deposit's wagering. So, regardless of my second deposit's outcome, I suppose at least received 10% of $281.20 which is $28.1. This is so obviously that something was not correct. And until near to the end of our conversation, which last almost 1 hour, she still insisted that $19 cashback payout to my account was correct, and keep ignored my questions completely. Another thing was, I told her I played slot games only during my secession in their casino, and she could definitely easily to track down my game play herself either, but for some reason, she was keep telling me that only slots play count to cashback, which I told her several times already that I played slots only.
