Have incredibly shitty customer service, agents don't do anything, and that's IF they choose to respond at all. No one seems to ever be online, as well no one responds to emails. Cashed out a SMALL payment over a week ago, and haven't received one email in regards. ALSO- the status says paid to CASH- what the **** does that mean? Paid to cash. Like cash in their pocket, smh. Disappointing. Feel ripped off for sure.

I joined Hotline casino sometime last year. At the time they were giving a no deposit cash bonus which made me quite curious. I had a good run with some of their games but didn't manage to meet the wagering requirements. Since then, I've played there two more times when they sent me a good bonus offer. Last time I managed to make a small profit and withdrew. So far I can't complain, verification and withdrawal was quick and game selection was good.

I do not use this kind of bonuses, now I did because did not know that have to deposit to go wagering no deposit bonus. Casinos where I play often offer nodeposit gifts to customer bonuses and spins without deposit if it is named no deposit. So that is reason for low points.

Game was too slow not winning much. Deal is, whatever you win you deposit and wager with your own money before bonus balance is transferred over to play. Low wager, good deal if you're in to that. Just wish it was in the terms because I wouldn't have wasted my time if I knew beforehand 👋 Thanks.

I used the free spins Bonus code I found on lcb and one $266 with them. To claim the bonus winnings I just need to make a deposit without using a Bonus code and wager only 20x my total Bonus win. This is descent compared to other casinos which require up to 50x.

Getting free spins then completing wagering requirement and the hurdle comes which is deposit what is this? I played but with breaking heart. Because I knew free spins were not free spins it was actual depositing spins. But on the side promotions are acceptable for players. Games are interesting.
